I’m a little late to Curltember. 😄

Sorry, HomeGym Harry. I just got the memo!

But a month devoted to curls seems like something Dualbell should definitely be a part of.

So I’m starting simple: straight bar, dumbbells and curls.

My dumbbells are always in the rotation. 💪

Let’s see how many different ways I can put them to work before Curltember is over.

My dumbbells do all the work. 💪

Back day gives them plenty to do.

Bent-over rows. Romanian deadlifts. Landmine rows.

Depending on the exercise and the weight I need, I can use one or two dumbbells per side with Dualbell. For landmine exercises, I only need to load one end of the bar.

Same dumbbells. Different setups. More ways to train.

No plates? No problem.

One pair of adjustable dumbbells. A bar. And quite a few ways to use them.

Clean → overhead press → squat → floor press → curl.

The adjustable dumbbells aren't giving up their regular job. Dualbell simply gives me another way to use them.

My dumbbells double as plates.

More exercises from equipment I already own. That's the idea.

That's what Dr. Dave said after giving Dualbell a try at HomeGymCon.

He was at the APEX booth directly across from us and came over to see what Dualbell was all about.

His reaction:

“Feels good.”

“Feels pretty much like having a barbell.”

“You've got something good going on here.”

One of my favorite parts of HomeGymCon was simply getting Dualbell into people's hands.

Seeing dumbbells attached to a bar is one thing. Actually picking up the bar and experiencing how it feels is another.

Enjoying wins as I see them. 😄

A special thanks to ⁨⁩ for including a quick look at the Dualbell booth in their HomeGymCon recap.

With around 140 brands exhibiting and a limited number making it into the long-form video, I’ll happily take our 1.2 seconds!

Extra thanks and appreciation to the GGR cameraman who got separated from Coop for a bit and came by the booth while searching for him.

My dumbbells never miss reps on deadlift day. 💪

Usually I show the Dualbell setup first and then the exercise.

This time, I'm reversing it.

Deadlift first. Setup second.

Those aren't traditional weight plates providing the resistance. They're my dumbbells.

Dualbell gives me another way to put the weights I already own to work on a standard 1" bar. Then I can take them back off and use them normally as dumbbells.

More exercises. Less equipment.

Adjustable dumbbells being more adjustable.

And today they're doing double triceps duty. 💪

I start by putting them on a standard 1" bar with Dualbell and doing 3 lying triceps extensions.

Then I take one off the bar and immediately go back to using it as an adjustable dumbbell for 3 single-arm triceps extensions.

That's the versatility.

Dualbell doesn't change what your adjustable dumbbells already do. It gives compatible adjustable dumbbells another way to work by letting you use them as resistance for barbell-style exercises, too.

Then take them off the bar and they're still the same dumbbells.

My dumbbells always rep(resent). 💪

Even when I'm using a barbell.

This quick overhead setup shows another advantage of the **Dualbell Superset**: use one or two dumbbells per side depending on the weight you need and the dumbbells you have available.

Then it's time to bench.

Your dumbbells don't have to sit on the rack when you want to do barbell-style exercises. Put them to work there too.
