After this past meet I have implemented a rule where if you have the lowest wilks score you'll be banished from Team Mindful and exiled to a randomly chosen state. Nice knowing ya Steph have fun in CT. Here is a picture of us celebrating her departure.

performing a bear squat jump with a 2ct pause at his "power position". Anyone who needs to develop some serious explosive power should incorporate these into the workout. Not many gyms have this particular machine but if you do have a similar setup use it to get extra speed and power through the final extension.
