Guys and gals... McClure Motorsports is searching for a few things for the Blazer Xtreme and hoping you might be able to help us find them out there in new or gently used condition.

I'd greatly appreciate any leads you might have or if you know anyone that might be able to help me knock some of this stuff off the list.

I've tried U-Pull It places, LKQ, Marketplace, and the such but most of what I'm finding is pure junk, gone, too far, or people think the stuff is made of platinum.

And here's the second piece to the Funkhouser Racecars bolt in S10 leaf spring slider upgrade. This is a set of Calvert Racing Suspensions split mono leaf springs. We'll be installing these in place of our old stock springs to help with separation and planting the drag radials into the ground. In conjuction, these products are going to help 60' times and give us a solid starting point to begin tuning. 😎

We just 💙 made in the USA parts and these amazing bolt in rear leaf spring sliders from our friends at Funkhouser Racecars check the boxes!!! The welds on these are purely erotic, the construction is the stuff wet dreams are made of, and the black semi gloss powder coated finish will make you happy in the pants, and the included bushings/hardware is the cherry pie on top. These are going to make a great addition to Blazer Xtreme project and compliment whats being revealed next nicely. 😎

Somethings definitely going on here with our Blazer X project, but the question is, "what exactly?" 🤔

All I know is Calvert Racing Suspensions and Funkhouser Racecars stuff be coming in hot very soon. 😎

Well... Sometimes budget mindedness has to take over. Today we got a little package in from Calvert Racing Suspensions that speaks to that point. These are their 9 way adjustable CR series shocks and are very budget conscious. These are going in the rear to be paired up with the Caltrac Traction Bars to help plant the radials into the ground. These were not part of the original plans but we're also going to be making another change so we needed to free up a little funding for the time being.

The reasoning behind cutting the shock budget in half is it will allow us to eliminate the stock Blazer Xtreme buggy springs in favor of Calvert Racing Suspensions split mono leaf springs. 😉 We've been on the fence about the swap as the stock springs have been known to handle power loads similar to and in excess of ours, but honestly after some further research and discussions, we feel this is the right move at this time. Our existing GM springs are now 22 years old and probably a bit worn as they have 140k miles on them. Plus with the research, technology, and testing Calvert has in their split monos, it's pretty much a no brainer as to what the right choice is.

Once we have some road miles. shake all the bugs out of it, and put get some test passes under our belt, we can assess the situation then and determine if there is a need to swap to the Viking Crusader shocks out back for the additional tune-ability or if the CR series units will suffice. But initially, we are confident that these shocks will get the job done nicely. 😎

This is the Race Wire Solutions PDM-03 Module for our nitrous system. The quality of this rig is exceptional, the materials (wire, fuses, relay block, etc) are top tier, and the supplied pin out map is very easy to follow. We cannot thank them for packaging such an amazing product and for the amazingly fast turn around time even with the holidays falling in the middle of it all. You guys rock. 🤘😎
