You tested my patience but you didn't win. I told you to go quietly but you wanted to do things the hard way. Don't f**k with me again sweetheart! 😎

In all seriousness, this wasn't possible without the help of a good friend, Eddie Krug. Very indebted to you buddy... Thanks again. 👍

Once the 22 year old trash was out, the new hotness was mocked up. But that was after 17 junked sawzall blades, a bunch of naughty words, a few scrapes and scratches, and some sweat.

✅ Calvert Racing Inc Split Mono Leaf Springs
✅ CalTrac Traction Bars
✅ Calvert Racing Inc Adjustable shocks
✅ Funkhouser Racecars leaf spring sliders and Billet Lowering Blocks

Moving full speed ahead so the updates should be coming rapidly. Stay tuned Kats and Kittens. 😎

Sometimes I really hate this pile of s**t. 😞

Just one of those days in the shop where no matter what forward progress we try and make, everything fights us to the death.

We set out today to swap out the rear buggy springs for the new Calvert Racing split mono leaf springs, shocks, and Funkhouser Racecars sliders. Got all the nuts cracked loose but I'm sure you can guess... Every bolt in the spring eyelets and hangers are as tight as a virgin on prom night. Alrighty f**ker, lets dance. We'll just cut the springs and get 'em out of the way and deal with the eyelets and hangers later. All was going great til the death wheel kicked back and decided to jettison across the shop Mach 37 but not before taking a bite out of my wrist mid flight.

Why can't anything be a relatively easy task for f**ks sake? Even the damned fuel log fittings I bought won't work out. Couldn't even test fit the new hood since its literally 12" longer than and aircraft carriers landing deck but that at least we can trim down later.

I tell ya, it could have been raining p***y today I woulda gotten hit in the face with a dick and with my luck, I'd be looking up and my mouth would be open. 🤣

Well ladies and gentlemen... Two of the best builders in the business collabed on this and we have one bad ass 400 trans for the Blazer X.

I cannot thank these two gentlemen more than I already have. The knowledge and smarts between these two will make sure we have no issues at our power level and with what we want to do in terms of driveability.

You both are awesome and amazing friends. Thank you again. 🤘😎

Well... Whats this? 🤔

Huge shout out to the guys at Motion Raceworks and Mike Pryka specifically.

No, they do NOT sell hoods now. Picked this up from a MR project car that no longer needed it. Kinda kewl considering where this piece was headed until now. 😎
