Hi team, I’m Marissa! I grew up competing in the Dance world and continue to choreograph and manage at a dance studio, while furthering my passion for fitness. I love being able to inspire and help others set goals and crush them! I also have two amazing golden doodles that keep me on my toes, so I definitely like to stay busy & active.

What are you eating today? Here's F45's Healthy Recipe - 4-Bean Chicken Salad - Today's F45 Challenge App Meal Planning Lunch - App > Eat > SUNDAY 16 APR.

3.6 ounce canned four-bean mix (drained and rinsed)
3.9 ounce chicken breast fillet (skinless, cut into strips)
3.6 ounce cucumber (diced)
4.3 ounce red bell pepper (diced)
1.5 ounce scallions (chopped)
3.6 ounce tomato (diced)
2.2 ounce avocado (sliced)
0.2 fl. oz extra virgin olive oil (1 tsp.)
0.7 fl. oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.0 Teaspoon dried parsley
0.7 fl. oz brown balsamic vinegar (Dressing)
0.2 fl. oz extra virgin olive oil (Dressing)
1.0 Pinch of himalayan salt & pepper

💪 INSTRUCTIONS - 15 Min - Makes 1 serving

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breast with parsley, salt, and lemon juice for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Once cooked, set aside.

2. Combine the four-bean mix, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and scallion in a medium bowl. Mix in the cooked chicken breast.

3. Separately combine the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Mix well.

4. Serve.

2 x 7.05 oz snapper fillet, raw
0.5 Teaspoon cumin
1.0 Teaspoon sweet paprika
1.0 Teaspoon dried parsley
1.35 fl. oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed (Snapper)
1.0 garlic clove (crushed (Snapper))
16.0 ounce sweet potato (raw, skin removed, chopped)
0.4 ounce butter (2 tsp.)
1.4 fl. oz cows milk (reduced fat)
1.0 Pinch of himalayan salt & pepper (Creamy Sweet Potato Mash)
11.0 ounce green beans (raw, ends trimmed, chopped)
0.67 fl. oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed (Green Beans)
1.0 Pinch of himalayan salt & pepper (Green Beans)
1.0 garlic clove (crushed (Green Beans))

💪 INSTRUCTIONS - 20 Min - Makes 2 servings

1. Begin first by marinating the snapper with lemon, garlic, cumin, paprika, and parsley in a bowl. Set aside in the fridge for half an hour.

2. In the meantime, bring water to boil in 2 saucepans, add the sweet potato to one saucepan, and add the green beans to a steaming basket over the second saucepan. Cook the sweet potato for 15 minutes or until it becomes soft. Cook the green beans for 5 minutes or until softened. Transfer the green beans to a bowl.

3. Drain the water from the sweet potato and transfer it back into the saucepan. Mix in the milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Using a hand blender, blend the sweet potato with the liquid ingredients until it becomes a creamy texture. Set aside.

4. To season the green beans, mix the beans with lemon juice, crushed garlic, and salt. Set aside.

5. Heat a BBQ grill over medium temperature, and cook the snapper for a few minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

6. Serve 1 snapper beside half of the portion of the sweet potato mash and green beans. Refrigerate the leftover snapper, sweet potato mash, and green beans for tomorrow's serving.

A hybrid-style workout with a mix of cardio and resistance movements, so you work on both cardio and strength conditioning.
