Beginner Sparring at WK is about learning, control, and confidence. Every student is coached in real time with encouragement, feedback, and safety as the top priority.
Student spotlight: adv orange belt Kevin and adv white belt Liam performing burpees, one of the most difficult bodyweight exercises. Kevin and Liam are not only hard working martial artists, but also avid soccer players. Martial arts helps complement the strength and speed to excel at all other sports, especially soccer with kicking targets to a soccer ball!
