Inversions, lets you develop your balance. They are fun to do, take your time they do take a bit to get. Do inversion in your light days after all strength or aerobic training has been completed. With the crane there are two version, bend arms and straight arms. Beginners work with bend arms, balance and one foot at a time to come off the ground. Have FUN, good luck, and do crane at least 3 days per week to perfect. Have a great week.

Snow shoeing today that was fun
Yes, it winter. What better time to be able to train on strength and aerobics. Learn on how to train on-season and off-season. Depending on your hobbies and what you enjoy doing will depend on your season. The big one is to be able to take slow down a bit, I am not saying stopping. I am just saying slow down, this will prevent burn out. No one person can go all out giving 110% every single training 365 days a year, it is just not a healthy way to look at long tern training.

Remember that Fats are not always the bad guys in Nutrition. Fats are the essential agent to transport fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. One of the many reason why when you take supplements you need to take it with food, there are so many other things to look for in Fats, yes you do need to watch the levels of fats, just like with anything that we intake.
