Run the Ridge.net 5k and 2k mud style run. Register at-

This course is designed by local military professionals. Proceeds will go to the Albany vet center.There will also be a Family 2k Run for parents and children. The after party will have music, food and beverage.be prepared for mud, slop and other stuff. Costumes, teams and lots of good times. Not your grandmas party.
