But in all seriousness… getting to experience the magic of Disney through my 5-year-old was something else. 🥹✨ Watching her have the absolute best time of her life made every exhausted minute worth it.

Sometimes I go down that dangerous road of looking back on my judo career and thinking, “What if?”

What if I had done this differently? What if I had made a different decision?

But I also know how much that career taught me.

The biggest lesson? Never give up.

Life is about trying. It’s about failing. It’s about getting back up and trying again, even when things don’t go the way you planned.

You won’t win every time. You won’t get everything you worked for. Sometimes you’ll give everything you have and still fall short.

But I’d rather look back knowing I tried than wonder what would have happened if I never did.

So Congratulations! Keep trying 👊
