SPARRING CAMP DAY 4!! It was a day of all sparring and ice bath challenges!! (And running and jump rope OF COURSE!!) We now have two warriors in the 15 minute ice bath club!! Way to go Shahid and Racheal!!!🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 and we rewarded our mini champs for their great work this week, with a special treat!!🍪 See you all 9/9!!
