Come out and support Project Outrun. This organization welcomes kids with cancer into there Fit Family and helps them Outrun Cancer by gearing up with a custom made pair of shoes. This organization is built on love and collaboration bringing families together in over 400 hospitals nationwide. Help make someone realize…I am not sick but my shoes are! Check out their story…donate to the PVFH donor campaign….and come to Youth night to win raffles and cheer on PV!

What’s more important than resolutions? Your set back plan. What are you going to do when you don’t feel like it. Dig deep and go get it!!! But no I really don’t feel like it! Have a plan for a set back. Never miss two days in a row is one of my favs. Give yourself grace for a set back because they WILL happen - and if you have a plan you won’t beat yourself up for the set back and never start again. Yesterday is gone but today I am getting back in it!
So how’s the New Year going? Keep digging!!!

Cheers!!! I am kicking off May with a black berry smoothie for breakfast. Did you know smoothies can help heal your gut. Yup. And a healthy gut can help balance your hormones. And balanced hormones can help with weight loss and increased energy levels. Just saying. What are you doing this May…wanna ring in my next year with a challenge? I am gonna give it my all….workout everyday, eat clean, no alcohol, reduce online hours, journal everyday. Lock in for 23 days. Feel better. Why 23 days? That takes us right to my birthday and summer kickoff….I am starting today! You in?

Transitions are tough but here we are again…from winter to summer…mom to bru…hurt to healthy…whatever you have going on you’ve got to keep digging. Staying consistent and moving forward will keep you from getting stuck. We have been consistent with these 3x week virtual classes for over 3 years…yes we have. So hit me up for the link and you can try one out…I always, always feel better after…from stiff to limber…from tired to energized…from anxious to focused. Should I go on? Show up and be a finder of good!!! You can’t start growing until you start showing up. I went roller skating today…yes a gang is on the horizon. Cause we show up….
The masses are gearing up for a shift. Everyone is looking to reflect and shift with the new year so why not jump into that momentum? Usw the force…and the last few hours of the year to reflect on what you have outgrown this year. What are you looking to do differently? And what are you not taking with you into the new year.
Me….I have outgrown some childish behaviors and I am showing up for good. And I am looking to build my roller skate gang. And I am not taking stress into the new year. Peace to you all.

The time is now…walk the walk! We have been training for this…Summer Sesh! Let’s get it! Focus on you for an hour a day…3x week…for 7 weeks. We got it. Walk that walk…you know the one you are preaching. Move. Breathe. Stretch. Repeat. Get consistent. Get results.
