I entered the mortgage space in 2003 and never looked back. I was young, imaginative, and loved to break the norm. Dedication evolved me into a natural leader. Hard work was my closest friend. But I felt stuck with archaic leadership in outdated technology systems. I was always nudging against the old-school bank models. There I was, sitting at the summit, reaching for the stars, but no one could tell me how. I didn't want to just scratch the surface, I wanted to surpass my highest success. I had spent hundreds of thousands in the wrong places, burned tens of thousands of hours trying many things, and usually failing! So, I changed the game. With so many "coaches" in the industry, very few are actually in the trenches managing setbacks and hurdles aligned to ours. All this knowledge about the mortgage industry could be redirected. I didn’t want anyone to feel as lost as I did, to remain stuck in an industry that stifled their growth.
