āļøTrigger Warning SA āļøApril
I still remember sitting in Starbucks ⦠Needing to get out of the office, so I could breathe⦠Bob Marleyās Three Little Birds playing when I got the call⦠The victim advocate on the other line, āI am so sorry. Not guilty.ā
The verdict didnāt decide my lifeā¦
I DID.
Because the hardest part wasnāt just what happened, it was being told, without so many words⦠That my truth wasnāt enough.
And I had a choice⦠Believe in my truth, or believe what others decided about it.
I chose me.
I chose my peace.
I chose freedom.
Your truth doesnāt need permission to be valid. If no one else believed you, I hope you learn to believe yourself. With ALL my love and best vibesš¤š¤š¤
āļø At 41⦠this hits differentā¦
You have lived enough āblessonsā (blessings & lessons), to trust what you feel. You donāt need proof anymore; your energy tells you.
And when itās not a fit⦠itās simply not a fit. No forcing, no over-explaining. You just call your energy backā¦
The beauty is, you see people clearly and compassionately. You understand why they are the way they are⦠without making it your responsibility to stay⦠To change⦠To fixā¦
Thatās the shift.
Less attachment⦠More truth⦠No hate⦠pure heart and alignment. š¤
Discernment IS self-respect.
It is choosing to honor the difference between:
⢠being valued vs. being convenient
⢠being supported vs. being used
⢠being seen vs. being needed
It is clarity. That clarity protects your energy, your peace, and your standards. š¤
Authenticity isnāt just being who you are today⦠Because who you are today was shaped by old patterns, old beliefs, and past versions of you.
Real authenticity asks more of youā¦
⨠It asks you to be honest about who you are becoming.
⨠To choose growth⦠even when it feels unfamiliar.
⨠To show up as your future self⦠especially when it stretches you.
Growth can feel uncomfortable, and sometimes even inauthentic to the version of you thatās used to playing small. That doesnāt mean itās not true or authenticā¦
It means you are expanding.
āØSo ask yourself thisāØ
Am I being true to who Iāve been⦠Or who Iām becoming?
⨠Create small shifts for lifeās big giftsāØ
If this landed for you, Iād love to hear what part resonated most?
Or send me a message if you are ready to step into your next version with support. š«¶
āØBalanced, but never boringāØ
š¤ You can have a calm heart and an electric soulā”ļø
āļø Not everyone will see you clearly⦠And that is okay. āļø
Some will misunderstand your heartā¦
Some will question your pathā¦
Some will never fully see the depth of who you are.
And⦠That is okay.
Because your life isnāt meant to be built on everyone elseās perception, it is meant to be lived from your truthā¦
And when you live from that place, your energy begins to create a different reality.

āØSometimes you donāt realize how deeply a moment, a conversation, an experience lands for someone. This is why it is imperative that you shine your unique light.āØ
Recently, shared that the Seven Meadows meditation I did at Novemberās float, stayed with her long after the night ended. She recently sent me this tattoo of daffodils she got as a reminder. š¼
She shared how the theme of daffodils from this meditation resonated with her:
āDaffodils are the first flower to bloom after winter. It represents holding on and continuing to fight until the storm or winter has passed. Your time to bloom will come⦠itās imminent. Have hope and be the light you want to see. Iāll always remember to be the light after dark and carry the energy of renewal.ā
I love this so much because thatās exactly what hope isā¦
Not pretending winter never happenedā¦
but trusting that your season to bloom is on its way.
We are not waiting for perfect conditionsā¦
We arenāt waiting to feel readyā¦
But we are trusting that the season has shiftedā¦
Declaring our right to bloomā¦
To heal.
To be seen and share our brilliance.
Moments like this remind me why I love creating these spaces⦠Spaces where hope, healing, and new stories begin. āØ
My next float is coming up, will you be joining?

āØWhat would it feel like to live in a rhythm that truly supports you?āØ
One that brings more presence, calm, and ease into your days, not just productivity...
For me, the biggest shifts have been in my mornings and evenings. I sleep with the curtains open so the moonlight and early light pour in, make a slow cup of coffee, and ease into my day instead of letting it rush me. Lately, we have also started taking our little dog Arlo to drop the twins off at school (he loves that they spoil him with a treat)š¶ It is such a small thing, but it turns an ordinary routine into something joyful.
Slow mornings feel calm and safe in my body, and they help me show up more present for myself and my family. Itās about finding joy in the little things, making the mundane feel purposeful, and experiencing your life instead of just managing it.
āØIf youāre ready to create a rhythm that nourishes you inside your full life, comment RHYTHM and Iāll send you a simple worksheet to get started. āØ

I guide because your clarity, your power, your worth, they were never missing.
Sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us until we remember the light has been within us all along.
I share my light so yours feels safe to rise. What an incredible journey it is to witness!
āØLooking at your journey so far, what moment reminds you how strong your light really is?āØ

Sports taught him how to stand back up, and how to believe in himself while doing it.
I am incredibly proud of these boys and so proud of the season they showed up for, again and again.
Watching your teen grow through challenges isnāt always easy. It stretches your heart in ways you never knew possible. This season, Kingston reminded us of what we have always known to be true; he wants it, he believes in himself, and he shows up with everything he has.
When your kiddos are little you do your fair share of fixing boo-booās, and helping them understand just how precious they are. The teen years are a beautiful push & pull of what was, and adjusting to the fact that they are starting to let go⦠And learning to be more independent. This is a bittersweet ache of loosening the grip of that not so tiny hand⦠Only to watch them reach out into the world, both hands ready to take hold of their dreams.
Some days you feel like youāre holding your breath, clinging to memories of their little faces, wishing time would slow down. And then you exhale⦠and before you stands a young man, learning who he is, discovering what heās made of, and rising through challenges with quiet strength.
Being a goalie isnāt for the weak. It is different⦠It is standing alone when everyone else runs forwardā¦. It is carrying pressure most will never feel⦠It is having the courage to dive anyway, knowing you might stop it⦠or you might not.
This season wasnāt just about his saves, mistakes, or winning. It was about his resilience. The leader he is growing into. It was about him believing in himself. It was about his instinct , intuition and trust.
Forever my Sweetheart (no matter how old he isš¤)
P.S. Fellow sports parents, I see you. The busy seasons, the long drives, the weekends that belong to the field (and yes⦠sometimes feeling like a full-time Uber). Every sacrifice is building resilience, confidence, and grit in our kids. They see us showing up, cheering them on and believing in them! Keep it up, it will be worth it! We have got this!!!
