🏆🏆 WORLD CUP BOUND 🏆🏆

Congratulations to two current 09 Blue ECNL players and one alum, who all played last week for their country and qualified for the 2026 FIFA U17 World Cup later this year.

We are so proud of Sandra, Amari and Deus for what they achieved.

Deus, who is now playing at UNC, was crowned the Top Goal Scorer during the qualifiers with 6 goals!! She played for the US WYNT alongside Amari Manning. Amari was also on 🔥 in front of goal with 2 goals and 2 assists!

Sandra O’Neill helped Puerto Rico U17 WNT qualify for the World Cup. Her defending in the tournament, especially against the USA, came up big and secured a historic WC berth for her team via goal differential.

When you’ve been the last team standing with the championship trophy in hand, anything less to end the season feels like a letdown, but this season was a success in learning a new style and formation from new trainers who know what it takes to be productive on the college level. The play wasn’t always pretty to start the season but the team and coaches stayed on course and played some quality soccer as the season progressed. It will be a busy summer of training, college visits and high school ball, but in just a few months Legacy will be back together for another run. Thanks for the support throughout the season! 💙
