There’s no place like home!

Made a quick pitstop in San Francisco to visit my brother Dan and his girlfriend CC on the way down to San Diego. Grateful for the warm welcome, great company, and top-tier hosting—thank you both for being the best! 🐶 🐱 ♥️

TWO years without alcohol:
It feels surreal to say that out loud because I never could have imagined this life—free from alcohol, filled with clarity, peace, and health. At the one-year mark, I was already so proud of myself, but now, I realize how much I’ve grown since then. Alcohol had been such a huge part of my life for so long that I never knew what life could be like without it.

Two years ago, I was battling not only health issues but also anxiety, hangovers, and a constant feeling of being out of control. I took that leap, unsure of what was ahead, but now I see how much better everything is. I’m more present, more grounded, and more me than I’ve ever been. It wasn’t always easy, but the rewards have been beyond worth it.

If you’re on the fence about cutting back or quitting entirely, I promise you, the freedom you’ll feel on the other side is worth every ounce of discomfort and uncertainty. Life is brighter without the haze. If I can do it, so can you!

Just out here soaking up all the Oregonian things—trees, steam, and questionable nudity.

Had the best time with my bestie visiting me! 🏔️ We shredded Mt. Bachelor with some epic snowboarding and skiing, then went cross-country skiing out to Todd Lake in the stunning Cascades 🌲❄️. Ended the days with cozy dinners and tons of laughs. “Just around the bend!!” 😂
