UNO Alumni weekend
My 5 takeaways….😊
1. is still a baller🏀
2. Traveling with a 4 month old is not easy, especially when you have time commitments and you still want baby to get those three naps in!😉
3. Mom & Charlie are blessed with the most amazing husband & dad ! He went out of his way to make sure this weekend was all about mom!❤️ I actually think he spent all weekend sprinting🤣
4. I’m convinced I had the BEST teammates at UNO. Love these girls so dang much!
5. Lastly, if you have the opportunity to make memories with your friends, make sure you do it! (Even if that means you might make a fool of yourself - because I definitely did😅)

After taking an 8 month hiatus from my fitness training, I am ecstatic to announce my Total Body Strength Program is ready for you!💪🏼🏃🏻♀️🏋️🥳
What better time than for a little intro, right?!😊
My husband & I are expecting our first baby boy September 24th! We are feeling all of the emotions right now!💙
We moved closer to family in June and are finishing our house in Central City!🏡 I am the general contractor LOL so that has been fun?😅 We will see if it ever gets done!
My background is in Exercise Science and I also hold a Master’s Degree in Teaching.
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My absolute favorite thing in life is coaching others to be their best and showing what they are capable of! Instilling confidence in people is something I strive to do with everyone I work with!
I am an introvert at heart but also love to lead & motivate. (I am ultra competitive) Sometimes I think I spend more time coming up with the pre-game speech than I do with the actual game plan!🤷🏻♀️🤣
The last 5 months of this pregnancy, exercise has absolutely saved me! For the first three months, I was soooo worried about everything. As a result, I felt terrible and just not like myself. If you are currently there, I totally understand how you feel! It can be such a difficult time but hang in there and find your support system💗
I genuinely LOVE exercise! I think it’s because I have such good memories associated with it from a young age - from doing Billy Blanks Tae Bo with my dad when I was 4 years old🤣, racing my brothers and playing every sport imaginable!
Finding joy in cooking has been the most important factor in my health journey and has absolutely transformed the way I approach my diet. 🥦🥒🥕

Life Update!🏡👶🏻💪🏼
It’s been a while since I’ve shared any details with my life, so I figured it was about time to do so! Baby is just about two months away and we cannot wait to meet our little man!💙
Tyson and I sold our house in Lincoln a couple months ago and have made the move back to Central Nebraska. We are absolutely LOVING that small town living again. We wanted to be closer to family before the baby comes and this location was perfect for the both of us! We are now in the process of moving into our new home!🏡
As far as my pregnancy goes, I have been fortunate to have felt really good (other than the first 14 weeks🤢) and I am excited to start sharing a little bit more about my journey as I have intentionally been pretty MIA over the last 7 months while focusing ( and probably worrying a bit too much) about baby!🍼
I am, however, super excited to start making workout programs again post baby because I absolutely miss all of you who I was working with! With that being said, I will now be creating 4 week personalized training programs for those of you who are looking for a kick in the butt!😤Or just need some added motivation & a structured routine!😊🏃🏻♀️
You might be asking why I am doing this literally right before baby comes?! and the answer is… I feel like I’m in such a good place mentally and I seriously just want to help those of you who feel stuck/out of sorts & are looking to get back on track! Individualized coaching/training allows me to still do what I love and be super pregnant at the same time. 🤣🤣

This past week Tyson and I took a Babymoon to Scottsdale where we enjoyed lots of pool time, sunshine and great food!☀️🍦🍓
We are so excited to meet our little guy come September! Time is going by fast! 🧢🤗☺️
