Our joints function best when they are able to move through their full range of motion. This, in turn, allows our muscles to adequate support thus movement and protect our joints from harm. โฃโ

THP is an established yet growing human performance company looking for a self motivated, hungry, and passionate performance coach to join our team of leaders and innovators. This a part-time position (20+ hours/week) with the potential to turn into a full-time position.
THP is optimizing human performance through a holistic approach to health and fitness, focusing on the human first and the athlete second. Alongside functional training, we thrive in addressing areas of importance like health, nutrition, sleep, and stress, in order to aid in the development of physically and mentally resilient human beings.
We currently have a community of 80+ members made up primarily of golfers looking to elevate their performance and active individuals who genuinely want to move and feel better.
Job Requirements:
Ability to comfortably coach in a team (10+) and semi-private (3:1 client to coach ratio with 3 different programs) environment
A bachelorโs degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or any other related field
A nationally recognized training certification (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, etc.)
At least 1 year of training experience preferred
FMS and/or TPI certification is preferred but not required
Some sales experience is preferred but not required
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Lead/assist team training sessions on and off site
Lead/assist semi-private training sessions for the general population
Virtually coach our online/virtual member base via Zoom
Coach various functional movements in a safe manner thatโs easily digestible to the individual
Understand client goals and successfully apply them to every training session
Assist with baseline performance assessments based on prospects' and current members' needs
Assist with various team performance testing (i.e., FMS, vertical jump, 5-10-5 shuttle, etc.)
Work closely alongside THP team members and assist with growing our community
Contribute to digital content that represents the THP brand and successfully drives our story across multiple platforms
Present ideas and strategies to promote growth and drive innovation of the THP brand
Create growth opportunities for THP and be able to establish B2B connections within the community
Assist with company marketing campaigns and promo events on and off site
Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of the THP facility
Compensation:
Base plus bonus opportunities 90 days post-employment
