Excited to share that I’ve started a new position as a Physical Therapy Technician at Spooner Physical Therapy!
I’m grateful for this opportunity to learn from an incredible team, support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, and continue growing in the healthcare field.
Looking forward to this next chapter and all the experiences ahead!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a little support as I finish the last year of my bachelor’s program before starting my DPT program. I’m trying to avoid taking on extra student loan debt before graduate school, so any help would mean a lot and If you’re not able to donate, please consider sharing my GoFundMe. Also, if you know of any scholarships I could apply for, please send them my way. Thank you so much for the support! 💛

Stronger. Steadier. Living fully. 💪🏾✨
Your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond are not the time to slow down, they are the time to train smarter.
Stability and balance training is not just about exercise, it is about having the strength, energy, and confidence to enjoy life with your kids and grandkids. It is about getting on the floor to play, running around outside, traveling, dancing, and keeping up without feeling worn out.
As we age, balance and strength become some of the most important skills to train. They help prevent falls, improve mobility, support healthy joints, and keep you doing the things you love for years to come.
You are never too old, and it is never too early, to start building a stronger future.
If you are 40+ and ready to move better, feel better, and have the energy to fully enjoy your family, I am here to help. Let’s build strength for life. 🤎
