Meet Dana, one of our fantastic teachers. 💛

Hi y’all! I’m Dana. I recently moved from Nashville where I taught hot yoga for 6 years. I have completed 200 hrs of certified yoga teacher training in both Hot Vinyasa and Hot26 (Bikram style). I added an additional 300 hrs of advanced teacher training in Vinyasa to earn my 500hr YTT. I want my classes to be fun and meaningful, intensely challenging, and sweetly refreshing. Bring your body and breath to class. I’ve got extra exuberance, if you need some.

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to move to Arizona. We love the desert and the sun! I love practicing yoga everyday, and you will most likely find me on my mat, probably next to yours. I’m a mother of 3 (ages 19-29) and married to a “I’ll never do yoga!” guy, who now practices daily.
