After class concluded, the drinks started flowing to keep the good vibes going! That is what we call a WIN.

thank you to all of our Members that participated in Trunk or Treat at ! These are only a few of the carts that arrived for the night, as our staging area became a spot for trick or treating! Pumpkins were decorated, Chef Anthony created treats and hot cocoa for everyone to enjoy, and the families all had themselves a night to remember.

Overseed is going well! The weather has been very cooperative, and the upcoming weather forecast looks very good. We're excited to see the ryegrass fill in. We are looking forward to opening up and seeing everyone on the course Tuesday, October 25!

Our inaugural Ancala Challenge has concluded, and we will now announce the winners. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SENKARIKS ON THE SENKARIK SWEEP! Teresa and Kyle won their respected divisions for the men and women.

Teresa and Kyle lost 22 pounds COMBINED, while dropping 12% body fat! They lost over 23 pounds of straight fat mass while gaining 9 pounds of muscle mass. After losing 6 and a half inches in their waist, the results speak for themselves! HUGE CONGRATS to you two, way to work hard and crush our first Ancala Challenge.

POV: You made it through the week - all the challenges + all the wins. You get a moment to yourself to just be still and reflect - and you find yourself focusing more on those wins than the challenges. It’s funny how that works. Life is too good not to celebrate its little joys. Thank you to Kat for an amazing Sound Healing class this afternoon! Be sure to catch her at the next one! 🧘🏻‍♀️

STAFF SPOTLIGHT! This week we would like to feature Beatriz Ramos, our member relations coordinator. Beatriz has been with our team since 2019 working with us under several capacities of food and beverage at the club. As an Arizona native, Beatriz attended The Honors College at Grand Canyon University. She majored in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies and minored in Spanish and Criminology. Beatriz plans on attending NYU Law and pursuing a career as an attorney. During her free time, she loves to explore local restaurants around the valley. Be sure to stop by the front desk and say hello!
