Ultimate Body Boot Camp, LLC (UBBC) is a creative and unique fitness program designed to give you maximum, lasting results. UBBC combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training for an entertaining, motivating, group, outdoor workout. Although it is group training, each individual is challenged and pushed to a higher level of their fitness potential.

2. You build those aptitudes (skills) through strategic daily actions (practices).

So basically, it looks like this:

--->Build skills to achieve goals.
