I want to start off by saying I’ve been there right now where you are sitting. I’m not a trainer who has been fit and blessed his whole life I have worked harder year after year to get where I am today! So what I’m trying to say is that chair isn’t a prison

Life is either happening to you or happening for you. The choice is yours.
You wake up, look in the mirror, and it hits you like a freight train.
As if you got here overnight.
You hardly recognize the person staring back at you.
But it wasn’t overnight, was it?
