The point of this post is to express how important a good coach can be, preparing you for what you’re training for whether it is a physical activity or improving your life. No, it doesn’t have to be a professional sport that you’re training for but coaching can be used to help you achieve you’re desired goal!
The definition of a Coach is an individual who supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
Coaching is much more than having someone guide you while you workout but to help teach you the fundamentals of proper movement control as well as helping you improve your overall quality of life.
