💪🏼 Hannah Pithers 💪🏼
I’ve been a full-time certified personal trainer since 2009. I have Crohn’s disease, which is an inflammatory autoimmune condition that affected my large intestine. After fighting for 4 years in a never ending cycle of painful flares and medications, I had a lifesaving surgery in 2017 to remove my large intestine. I left the hospital a mere shadow of my former self and was determined to rebuild my health and no longer allow this horrible disease to define me. Over the next 6 months I was able to regain all the muscle and strength that I had lost, and even competed on season 11 of American Ninja Warrior with my ostomy bag proudly on display!
I have found a new passion in helping others who are starting from scratch, because I know what its like! Everything from beginners, to post-op, post-natal, injury recovery, and even athletes who have taken too much time off and want to rebuild their strength. I want to show everyone how to start exactly where they are at and improve from there. Everyone can move, and I can show you how to do it safely.

I love fitness and teaching others to be the fittest and healthiest version of themselves! I’ve been a certified trainer since 2009, and loving every minute of it. I have a family history of several health problems that can be linked to a poor diet and sedentary lifestyle, so I knew from a young age that I wanted to do what I could to age as gracefully as possible.
I have roots in bodybuilding, calisthenics, and nutrition training. I have used that knowledge to create a tried-and-true method for helping others create a long-lasting relationship with health and fitness. Teaching others how to keep their bodies strong, injury and illness-free for as long as possible is my passion. It would be such a shame to grow old without knowing what your body is capable of!

3 Exercises In Every Pro Footballer's Training Program: #3 Pentagon Bar Squat/Press
The Squat/Press exercise is another pro footballer favorite! This structural exercise loads the spine and helps build joint strength and stability. That way football players can take the hits. This exercise helps improve the force that footballers can exert through their lower extremities.
The Pentagon Bar is a great piece of equiptment because the spinning handles reduce the impact on wrists, shoulders, and elbows. That way footballer's can safely move closer to their 1 rep maximum.
Pentagon Bar Squat presses are excellent compund exercises for anyone to perform. However, proper form and mechanics with this exercise is VERY important for safe performance. Our RTB trainers can help you reach your potential safely!
3 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿‘s 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: #2 Trapbar Deadlifts @ntf_training
Performing deadlifts allows pro footballers to strengthen their posterior chain (muscles of the back, glutes, and hamstrings). Perfomring this exercise close to their 1 rep maximum builds explosive strength. That way football players are quick and powerful off the line when the ball is snapped.
We love utilizing deadlifts and many other exercises. If you’ve never tried it, talk to your trainer about incorporating it into your workout!

Meet our new trainer, Nic Toben!
Nic has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. He has his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach certification. Born and raised in Iowa, he grew up playing sports and was drawn to strength and conditioning at a young age to improve his athleticism. He attended the University of Northern Iowa as a Track and Field athlete and received his B.A. in Health & Physical Education in 2013. Nic also has experience working in physical therapy centers and is a former group fitness instructor at Orangetheory Fitness.

Kelly has been our client for over 8 months and from the beginning has consistently come in bright and early for his sessions. He always pushes himself by giving 110% every workout and this can clearly be seen by his progress. Adding an average of 20 lbs on every major lift in the past couple months, his work ethic is matched by his desire to push the limits of what his body can do. Alex has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years. He received his BS in Psychology from the University of Arizona and received his NASM CPT certification shortly after. He is also a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and believes that nutrition is the key to maximizing one's fitness routine. Alex has a passion for fitness, body building and nutrition, and he strives to help individuals achieve his or her ideal physique and health/fitness goals.
