Fabien Cousteau on TV this morning, speaking with the Weather Channel folks about his organizations new Underwater (ocean) research laboratories. These are being built and will be placed strategically throughout the oceans for research purposes. They will all be manned.
When Mr. Cousteau was asked about what the biggest issue with regard to our oceans today currently is? His answer...... "IGNORANCE" He is absolutely right. Simply put... When our oceans are no longer able to do what they are meant to do, life will cease to exist on earth
