This is Chuck. I’ve shared a couple of his exercise videos in my stories. The picture on the left was Chuck a year and a half ago. The picture on the right is Chuck today. This is a example of hard work, dedication and mostly wanting to make a life change. Chuck has earned this big transformation and nothing is going to stop him from continuing on his path!!

Curls! Multiple curls, multiple muscles getting used, yes please.
Always working on multiple moves. The Mighty M doing it right with this movement. It might not look complex but give it a try! You’re working back strength, back posture, core stability, hip stability, quad and qlute strength all at the same time.
Why not add a stability ball!!!! And Brad is rocking his new ProZach Training shirt!
