This is Chuck. I’ve shared a couple of his exercise videos in my stories. The picture on the left was Chuck a year and a half ago. The picture on the right is Chuck today. This is a example of hard work, dedication and mostly wanting to make a life change. Chuck has earned this big transformation and nothing is going to stop him from continuing on his path!!

Always working on multiple moves. The Mighty M doing it right with this movement. It might not look complex but give it a try! You’re working back strength, back posture, core stability, hip stability, quad and qlute strength all at the same time.

Push from the ground, push to the sky! Keep the BOSU controlled the whole way thru. Start by using your legs to push up. Then continue pressing up and use your shoulder to push the dumbbell up. Keep your core engaged the entire time.

Control, Strength and Core.. YES please!! If your core isn’t engaged you will feel this in your low back. Extend from your hips while pushing the weight from your chest. Control, Strength and Core YES please!!

Here’s to 1 year of Pro Zach Training! Thank you to everyone who has supported and been there along the way to make this happen.
Core activation, shoulder stability and a Glute burner! Start by taking a band (or cable machine) and find a soft pad for your knees. Put both arms out and make sure you keep your hands in line with your nose. Always keeping the body in ailment! You must keep your core engaged or the tension from the band will pull you in. Your shoulders will stabilize your hands to hold the band up. Also when you touch your back knee to the pad your glute muscle will bring you up!
BOSU squats why not!! Why not try something new to your squats! A little balance, strength and coordination.
Making progress! Having hip problems and wanting to increase hip mobility. Or training to trying to increase hip turn for the golf swing. Try this move, stand tall with your hands pressing against the wall. Keep your upper body still and move strictly from the hip. Think about stepping over a spike and raising your leg as high as you can moving from the hip.
Those who train together, plank together!!
