Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, I’m proud to be a U.S. Masters Swimming Level III Coach, USMS Swim Official and Starter, and USAT Level I Triathlon Coach dedicated to helping triathletes and swimmers of all levels discover the confidence, community, and lifelong fitness that come from pursuing their goals. Whether you’re looking to refine your technique, build endurance, or step into the exciting world of triathlon and marathon training, I’ll help guide the way.

As a USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, USAT Race Director, and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Strength Training, Interval Training, and Marathon Coaching, I bring a science-based, technique-focused approach to every athlete’s journey. My background began with a curiosity about how muscles respond during different exercises—an interest that led me to pursue multiple ISSA certifications and develop a deep passion for movement efficiency and injury prevention.

I’ve competed in numerous triathlons, including eight Ironman 70.3 events, and I am currently training for another in Salem, Oregon this summer. I love teaching proper running form and swim technique, helping athletes unlock their potential and enjoy every step—or stroke—along the way.

I proudly own and operate three multisport programs: One Multisport, One Multisport High School Club, and One Swim Club, all designed to support athletes across every age and experience level.

If you’re ready to experience a challenging, rewarding, and transformative sport, let’s talk about how to begin your triathlon, swimming, or marathon journey.

Race Starting Line Tip……

Warm up 20 minutes before the race start off to the side. Concentrating on stretching ankles, calves, hamstrings, glutes and most important opening the hip flexors! Then do 2-3 50yrd fast sprints. Get your HR up!

DO NOT GET IN YOUR CORAL!!! Don’t get in there shuffle your feet and stiffening back up all the way to the starting line like a bunch of sheep. Stay off to the side if possible continuing to warm up and big stretches until your coral is next to start then get in and go!

Tip #2

Those of you using a camel packs to run with remember 1ltr of water weighs 2 1/4 lbs. there is water on the course every 1 1/2 miles. Packs are good to practice with but for races you don’t need them. Maybe 6-8 oz of electrolytes is all. This is only a 1/2 marathon you got this!

Good luck Go Fast have a Blast!!
