Dear JABZ Family, Today marks the final day of JABZ, and as I sit down to write this, my heart is full - full of emotion,
gratitude, and deep appreciation.
None of this could have been possible without you. Whether you were sweating it out in class, leading others with passion as a trainer, cheering us on from the sidelines, or simply showing up — you were part of a community that meant the world to me. A community built on movement, on growth, and
above all, on love and kindness. JABZ was never just a studio. It was a place where people came to challenge themselves, to find strength in one another, to heal, to laugh, and to grow. I dreamed it would stay open for all of you — a constant, dependable place where we could continue to connect, transform, and support each other. While this chapter is coming to a close, I truly
believe the spirit of JABZ lives on in each of us. Growth doesn’t end here. In fact, this is just the beginning of a new chapter — for me, for you, for all of us. The friendships, the lessons, the moments we shared - they are carried forward into whatever
comes next. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this journey. Thank you for showing up, for giving your energy, your trust, your time. You were -
