LIVES ARE CHANGING ‼️
Your fitness is so much bigger than YOU. It floods out to all of your endeavors and relationships. Mark came to me back in December and said he was ready to make a CHANGE in his life! Since that day he has proven his word to be bond. He had never dieted, never tracked food, and never spent much time in the gym prior to this year. In a short time he has lost over 34lbs of FAT all while gaining lean muscle. It has been a privilege to coach him up to this point.
