It’s a 4 bedroom house on the lake 3 at “The Islands” in Gilbert. 3’100 square feet. 2 full baths and a powder room. Fully equipped kitchen along with a kitchenette including full extra fridge and microwave.

It has a heated pool, spa, paddle boat and pontoon boat.

Let us know if you’re interested and I can give you the VRBO or AbnB property numbers. We can only go through them. The Islands requires a 30 day rental, so this won’t be for everyone. I know I couldn’t do that 😏

MLB announces 2023 Spring Training schedule Major League Baseball on Wednesday announced that 2023 Spring Training will officially begin on Friday, Feb. 24, with a pair of Cactus League games before all 30 Major League clubs play in Cactus and Grapefruit League games on Saturday, Feb. 25.

A HUGE congratulations to Felipe’s foals who are showing at the Pinto World Championship Show in Tulsa. His 6 kids earned 8 World Championships (WC), 3 Reserve World Championships (RWC) and the Color 3yo HUS Futurity !!! They rounded out their show schedules with 9 more Top 5 finishes and 13 Top 10 finishes!

Good God All Midas (an Arizona favorite), was bred by Lisa Miller Day and is owned by Alicia Ortiz and trained by Nancy Smith earned RWC in both Ideal Pinto English and NovAm English Pleasure. They also earned 4 Top 5 / Top 10 awards. This new team is rocking it!

Gift Time was bred by Kari Lee Denis, is owned by Kelly Williams and is trained by Catherine Rex. They earned WC in WT HUS (unanimous) and a WC in WT Disciplined Rail English. They earned a RWC in Open English Pleasure and 4 Top 5 / Top 10 finishes. Nice job!

Midas Well Dream Big is owned by Larissa Kurman and was bred & trained by good friend, Amanda Reed Hollinger. They earned 3 World Championships in nice sized classes in NovAm English Pleasure, Disciplined Rail and Halter! Another new team that “rocked it” at the PWC!!!

Midas Well Shine added a halter 6th place finish to his existing PWC record and his 37 Grand and Reserve Grand halter titles. This guy has broken into the WP show scene as well this year! Thanks to Katie Korsack and Billy Korsack - breeders, owners and trainers!

Huntin for Gifts is owned by Jennifer Heuker and was shown by Brian Isbell Garcia to a big World Championship Win in the Open 3yo HUS class along with winning the 3yo Color Futurity class! Another great, new team that has been winning locally all year!

A Joyfull Gift has returned to the PWC to add to his impressive resume - earning 10 more Top 5 / Top 10 finishes along with a WC in a big halter class. Congratulations!

Control Your Assets - bred by Sherry Marx our of our big Red Charisma mare won World Championship in Ideal Pinto HUS! She is owned by Morgan Sloat and trained / shown by Erin Fick. Congratulations!

Felipe is enjoying his retirement in Scottsdale, Arizona. He continues to sit on the APHA Leading Sire list for both Performance and Halter foals. He and his dam are now 14yo and 18yo and enjoy having visitors. Stop by to see them when you’re in town! Felipe earned 6 World and Reserve World titles at the 2005 PWC!

A very nice Halter win for one of Felipe's sons. Sven won a World Championship at the Pinto World Championships in Halter Geldings, to go along with this HUS World Championship this week. Congratulations! Felipe is very proud!

It’s so nice seeing this big guy every day. The Gift of Midas spent 5 years “on the road” showing all over the west coast, Utah, Texas and Oklahoma and earned 7 World or Reserve World Championships. At 13 years old, he and his dam “enjoy life” in the high desert plains of Arizona. Now it’s his foals job to carry on in the show pen, and they are! Felipe is still on 3 of the 4 APHA Leading Sire lists based on the show results of his foals. He is Top 20 (out of 6,000 breeding stallions) on both performance lists and top 30 in Halter!
