I love this video clip. I use it as an example of authentic believe in self and one’s skills. Doubts never go away but how you work with can change.

Greatness is not the accumulation of traits, but their convergence.
At the top, self-belief no longer needs reinforcement. Confidence softens into knowing. The need to prove dissolves, and what remains is honest expression. The skills move through and are expressed from a place deep inside.
Flow is not something entered—it appears when resistance leaves. Ego doesn’t disappear by force; it becomes irrelevant in the presence of the moment.
The self that hesitates is busy protecting an image. The self that creates is free.
In that freedom, action is clean. Attention is total. The moment is not managed or measured—it is met fully and without apology.

Less resistance. Less wasted energy.
Awareness → Acceptance → Action
Notice reality. Stop fighting it. Move with intention.

In performance—and in life—the mind loves to drift.
Back to the past (“I shouldn’t have missed that shot”), or forward into the future (“What if I lose?”). Both steal from the only place where ex*****on exists: right now. This is a skill that can be mastered. In this mastery we waste less energy and allow ourselves to devote valuable energy to the task at hand.
Acceptance isn’t about giving up—it’s about meeting reality as it is. The past can’t be changed. The future hasn’t arrived. Fighting either wastes energy that could fuel performance. From this framework acceptance allows for a great change of success.
Practice acceptance with a simple process:
Awareness → Acceptance → Action.
• Awareness: Notice when your mind leaves the present.
• Acceptance: Meet this moment without judgment.
• Action: Channel everything into the task at hand.
This is how athletes conserve energy, recover faster from mistakes, and unlock flow under pressure.
Performance isn’t about perfect conditions—it’s about presence.

-
One fundamental principle for finding happiness in your life is understanding what makes you happy. What do you need? What principles matter to you most?
-
This may not be as easy as you think! There is some deep unraveling required to answer these questions honestly.
-
I promise you doing this work will benefit you in your life.
-
For me having deep connections with people is very high on my list.
-
Training, moving, breathing, learning are all opportunities to tap into your curiosity. To find your inner child and grow as a human.
-
This is what higher human represents to me—a commitment to growth.
-
Physically, mentally, energetically. To be curious daily about how much we can grow and experience life.
-
This is the beautiful part!
-
When we learn to create space, to let go and accept, we will find our flow. And when we flow with life, things feel less heavy.
-
I know life can be heavy! I feel it! I do believe you can find your flow! Your purpose! Work to see the beauty in the struggle! The beauty in your opportunity to connect! To grow! To flow.
