Findings from a randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical study reveal that eating a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids reduces the frequency of headache compared with a diet with normal intake of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

RNT stands for reactive neuromuscular training. This form of training uses external resistance (band in video) to facilitate a subconscious response at a neuromuscular level. This in return helps improve movement quality.

*my recommendation 3-4 sets 8-10 reps each, add weight to the opposite hand once the exercise becomes easy.


We all know someone who skips leg day! Here's a great finisher for leg day! Do everything for 10 reps for best burn 😉🤣
1) weighted SL calf raise
2) bodyweight SL calf raise
3) cheating calf raise
4) bottom to middle calf raise
5) middle to top calf raise

Ever get shin splints???

Yeah, they can really throw your routine out fast! Problem is when people experience shin splints they are told 1 of 2 things... 1)get better supporting shoes or 2) let the muscle heal and recover.
Great temporary solutions but there is 1 huge issue!The root of the cause is not addressed!

Shin splints are cause due to overload on the tibialis anterior muscle. Meaning more stress was put on it then the muscle and tendons can handle. Rest and better shoes are great, but do nothing to strengthen the muscle. This means the injury is going to happen again.

That is why I reccomend everyone try toe raises out! You can do it with a KB, DB, bands, cables, humans whatever you have!

If you want to be overall healthy and strong, you'll have to train all your muscles available 💪😉
