Meet the most important member of the HyperFit team: Blue, our Chief Morale Officer.

Eight years on the job, and still the first to greet you at the door. Blue won't spot your squats or count your reps, but he's got a talent no certification can teach. He knows exactly when a tough set, a rough day, or a hard week calls for a nose nudge and a spot to rest your hand.

His resume is short but honest. Certified Very Good Boy. Full-time chaser of rabbits, lizards, and the occasional squirrel. Emotional support for clients who are hurting, on the days they need it most.

Come in for the training, stay for the tail wags. Blue will be here waiting.

New to HyperFit? Reach out any time and come meet the whole team, Blue included.

Meet Isaiah, one of the trainers here at HyperFit.

Isaiah has spent the last 6+ years coaching clients right here in Scottsdale. He earned his first certification through NASM and has worked with just about everyone since, from young athletes getting conditioned for their season to seniors recovering from surgery and lifelong injuries.

Early on, he trained alongside and shadowed a physical therapist, and that background shows in how he works. He knows how to keep clients safe while still making steady, consistent progress week after week.

If your goal is to get more conditioned, stronger, more flexible, or just healthier overall, Isaiah is someone worth meeting. Come in and say hello, we think you'll be glad you did.

Myth: lifting weights will stunt your kid's growth.

It is not true, and it is time to let that one go.

When kids train with proper coaching, appropriate loads, and good technique, the research shows that resistance training is safe and does not damage growth plates or slow growth. What it actually does is build strength, power, coordination, and durable joints.

This is one of our young athletes, from 13 to 16. Three years of consistent work in twenty seconds. Same kid, a lot stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in how he moves.

The key word is professional. Youth training is not just a scaled-down adult program. It is technique first, smart progression, and building the athlete underneath the sport. Done right, it makes them better on the field or court and lowers their injury risk.

If your kid plays sports, or just wants to get stronger and move better, this is exactly the kind of foundation we build at HyperFit.

Same Coach. Different Room.

Online training isn't a backup plan. For a lot of people, it's the format that actually fits their life. Here's who we built it for:

The frequent traveler. You're in a different city every few weeks and hotel gyms are hit or miss. We build around whatever equipment you'll have access to, so you're never guessing.

The client who moved. You left Scottsdale but didn't want to leave your progress behind. We've kept people on track from across the country without missing a beat.

The hybrid trainer. Some weeks you're in the studio, some weeks you're slammed and training from home. Online coaching fills the gaps so momentum never stalls.

Whatever your situation looks like, the coaching doesn't change. Same programming built around your goals and equipment, same accountability, same trainer who knows your history. The only thing different is the room you're standing in.

If your schedule has outgrown a fixed gym time, this is how we keep you moving. Message us, and we'll find the right fit.

When a parent trusts us with their kid, we don't take that lightly.

At a big-box gym, your kid is one of hundreds. They get a wave at the front desk, a machine that doesn't fit them, and zero eyes on their form. Nobody's checking if they're moving safely. Nobody knows their name, their sport, or what they're working toward.

That's not what happens here.

Every athlete who walks in gets a coach who actually coaches. We teach them how to move before we load them up. We build strength around their sport and their body, not a one-size-fits-all template. And we're right there with them, every rep, catching the small things that turn into big problems down the road.

Parents don't just get a stronger kid. They get peace of mind knowing someone qualified is paying attention.

Here's what one mom had to say about her kid's experience with us.

Meet Coach Rashod.

Rashod knows what it's like to be on the other side of the training. He was once the guy searching for someone who could take his game to the next level, and when he couldn't find that coach, he became him. Ten years in the fitness and sports performance world later, his whole approach comes down to one thing: give people the knowledge and the tools to reach the goals they set for themselves.

For Rashod, it was never only about the physical side. He'll tell you that sport and fitness build confidence, create lifelong relationships, and prepare you mentally for everything outside the gym walls. Mind and body, working together. That's what he coaches every day.

His range is wide: footwork, postural analysis, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and recovery. Wherever a client wants to go, he builds the path to get them there.

And his clients feel it. One came to him at a low point, losing confidence and drive. Working with Rashod day in and day out, he dropped 15 to 20 pounds of fat, put on 9 to 10 pounds of muscle, and got his confidence back both physically and mentally. Years later, he's still training with Rashod, even from another state.

The values he coaches by:

Perseverance. Push through the challenges training puts in front of you.
Respect. Every client and member gets treated with respect, always.
Innovation. New and creative ways to reach your goals.
Determination. We are determined to get you there and to show you your goals are limitless.
Education. We stay open to better ways to improve.

Proud to have Coach Rashod on the HyperFit team.

Rotational power is where it all starts for young baseball players. Every swing, every throw comes from the ability to load, rotate, and transfer force through the hips and core. It is not about swinging harder, it is about moving better.

When we train rotational power the right way, we see faster bat speed, stronger throws, and fewer arm injuries down the line. The kids who build this foundation early are the ones who stand out as they grow.

If your athlete plays baseball, this is one of the most important qualities we can develop. Want to see how we train it? Send us a message.

The myth that could be costing your athlete their season!

There's a belief that once games start, it's time to put the weights away. The thinking goes that practices and games are enough, and lifting will just make them tired or sore for game day. It sounds reasonable. It's also one of the biggest mistakes a young athlete can make.

Here's what actually happens when training stops. Strength and power start to fade within a couple of weeks. The body slowly loses the very qualities that protect it, right as the season is piling on games, practices, and travel. That combination, more demand and less resilience, is exactly when nagging injuries and burnout tend to show up.

In-season training is not about building your athlete up from scratch or grinding them into the ground. It's the opposite. It's lower volume, smart, and built around their game schedule. The goal is to hold onto the strength they worked for and keep the muscles and joints that take the most pounding ready to handle it. Done right, they feel fresher in week ten, not more worn down.

Athletes who keep training through the season tend to stay healthier and finish stronger than the ones who stop. That means fewer missed games and an athlete who still feels good when it matters most.

If your son or daughter just made a fall team, we would love to keep them strong and on the field all season. Reach out, and we will build training around their schedule.
