Yesterday I was Home Office in Portland for Day 1 of Owner training and I realized it was also my 5 year instructor anniversaryโ€ฆ To. The. Day! How wild is that?!

The flow of the class includes:

โ†’ Warm-up - Functional movement meant to heat the body, mobilize the joints and activate the core

โ†’ Leg Work - Dedicated focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips and legs

โ†’ Strength + Cardio - we refer to this as "combo work": a combination of functional, compound movements preformed with handheld weights, a cardio burst designed to elevate the heart rate and a dynamic stretch that resets and prepares the body for "b3 Core"

Did you hear?! Our circle bands are now available in 2 sizes!
The L/XL band is 16" in diameter approximately 3" larger in diameter than the S/M band.

Available as a set of three, these sturdy yet stretchy fabric bands allow you to choose between light, medium, and heavy resistance to build strength and balance in your upper body, abs, glutes, and legs. These bands are a lightweight, travel-friendly alternative for strength training workouts on the go.

Curious about which size is best for you? We recommend standing up straight with your feet hip width apart. Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference around your quads, right above your knees. The band size you select should fit snuggly but not constricting.

For reference:
light: 10-15 lbs of resistance
medium: 20-25 lbs of resistance
heavy: 25-55 pounds of resistance
