This is the first year in many years that I didn’t show a horse at Morgan Nationals. Both horses did well - Carlos won the Dressage Suitabilty and was Reserve in his division. Sage was also Reserve in her division, with some really lovely tests on the second day. Thank you Megan Gallagher for the good rides on both. I got to hop on Carlos after the presentation.

My best horse ever, Roy-El’s Belle of the Ball, is 20 today! She came to me in January 2010. She’s done everything I’ve ever asked of her - western pleasure, dressage, western dressage, carriage, even a little jumping - and given me two nice foals. The very best trail horse too. Happy Birthday Belle!❤️ here’s to many more Bellie!

I’m trying to downsize and get out of horses. So far, it’s not going that well. When people used to tell me to get out of horses, my dear mother would say, they’re trying to take the Lindsay out of Lindsay. She would have loved Carlos’ class tonight. Thank you Megan Gallagher for the amazing job you’ve done with LVM Tuxedo Junction. He was so beautiful tonight.
