For the past 11 years, Gia has been so much more than just a student at The Dance Source. She has been an incredible dancer, a trusted assistant, an amazing teacher, and one of the strongest leaders our studio has ever had. Her talent speaks for itself, but it’s her kindness, work ethic, and heart that have made such a lasting impact on everyone around her.

Your voice, your leadership, and your presence will be missed more than you know. While it’s hard to imagine the studio without you, we couldn’t be more excited to watch you step into this next chapter.

We know you’ll represent Hollywood Connection with the same passion, professionalism, and character you’ve shown every day for the past 11 years.

Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Connection for this recognition and for the incredibly kind words shared about Mike and me. They truly meant the world to us.

Fifteen years ago, when we opened The Dance Source, we had a vision. We wanted to build more than great dancers-we wanted to help develop great people. We wanted our students to leave our studio with the confidence, discipline, work ethic, and character to succeed wherever life took them. Whether that meant becoming professional dancers, teaching the next generation, earning college dance scholarships, dancing on college teams, or pursuing dreams outside of dance, our goal has always been to prepare them for whatever comes next.

Looking back now, it’s amazing to see those dreams become reality.

This award also belongs to our four former students who are now employed by Hollywood Connection. Seeing you represent not only yourselves, but also our studio with such professionalism, integrity, and incredible work ethic is something we’re unbelievably proud of. We may have helped guide and shape your journey, but the people you’ve become and the way you’ve earned the respect of those around you is entirely your own.

To our dance families, faculty, alumni, and every dancer who has walked through our doors over the past 15 years—thank you. This award represents all of us. We couldn’t be more grateful to be part of such an incredible dance family. 💙🧡

Tristan started out his dance journey by taking Boys Hip Hop in 2017. After some encouragement he attended his first Hollywood Connection regional event and from there was hooked!

We are so proud of his growth, determination and his effortless hairstyle 😜

So excited to continue to watch you grow and can’t wait to see how representing HC as their Icon of the year helps to build your future 💙

Introducing your 2026-2027 Male Guest Star Icon of the year for Hollywood Connection- Brendan Schroeder⭐️

Brendan has danced with us since he was just 3 years old- often times before that sneaking into classes and watching from the studio windows while his older sister Haley was in class.

We are so proud of his hard work, determination to overcome anything that comes his way, and most importantly the positive presence he exudes every day 💙
