I have been meaning to share this story months ago..

Before the OSU-Michigan game in November, I was repping Maize and Blue at my gym when this guy came up to me and shared his Buckeye loyalty.

After some conversation, it turns out we both went to the same HS, Worthington HS (Ohio). Doug Robinson '91 and me '75.

Two guys training in Phoenix AZ sharing a common connection 2000+ miles away. Small world, isnt it?

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. While my birthday was actually 2/21, some celebrations with good friends came late. Last night treated myself to great company and my favorite French Dip sandwich location. Appreciate all the love.

The pics just keep showing up in my messages. Great trip, awesome retreat, new friends, and beautiful environment.

While on this awesome retreat, I had the pleasure of celebrating 25 years sobriety (Feb 13) with my new friends. Grateful for this surprised recognition and support.

While I am saddened to be departing Guatemala, overjoyed that there is a place to enjoy a cigar while waiting to board my flight
