For today's healthy recipe! We are sharing you this delicious "White Bean Chicken Chili" 🔥❤️💯🎉😍

INGREDIENTS:
❤️ 1 whole Onion chopped
❤️ 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
❤️ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium chicken broth
❤️ 1 jar salsa verde
❤️ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium diced tomatoes
❤️ 1 4.5 oz can diced green chilies
❤️ 1.5 tsp chili powder
❤️ 1/2 tsp dried oregano
❤️ 1 tsp ground cumin
❤️ 1/2 tsp salt
❤️ 2 15 oz can corn kernels, drain and rinsed
❤️ 2 15 oz can white beans, cannellini, drain and rinse
❤️ 4 large (approx 2-2.5 pounds) organic chicken breasts
MAKING THE ROUX:
❤️ 3 tbsp butter
❤️ 3 tbsp almond flour
❤️ 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
❤️ 4 oz Heavy whipping cream
❤️ 1 tsp chicken bouilon
❤️ 1 tsp black pepper
❤️ 7 oz plain Greek yogurt 1 small container
INSTRUCTIONS:
❤️ Place the 4 raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, cover with all of the spices on top, then throw in the rest of the ingredients before the cream base roux.
❤️ Cook on low 6-8 hours. One hour before serving, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, slowly whisk in the flour and allow it to bubble and brown a little. Approx 3-5 minutes. Next, whisk in milk, cream, chicken bullion, yogurt and black pepper. Simmer another 4-5 minutes.
❤️ Pour roux mixture into crockpot. Shred the chicken with two forks and allow the sauce to thicken while cooking on low for another hour. It may be easier to remove the chicken and shred over a pan or plate and then place back in crockpot.
❤️ Additional toppings not listed could be: cilantro, cheese, hot sauce or tortilla strips! (Nutrition facts not included for toppings)

Do you need another Healthy Recipe Idea? Try this "Honey and Sriracha Roasted Brussel Sprouts"
INGREDIENTS:
🔥 2 cups brussel sprouts
🔥 1 tbsp honey
🔥 2 tbsp sriracha
🔥 1 spray olive oil
🔥 2 pieces cooked bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
🔥 Rinse and dry brussel sprouts.
🔥 Cut brussel sprouts in half then lightly coat them with a spray of olive oil.
🔥 Mix honey and sriracha together then toss the brussel sprouts in the mixture.
🔥 Place brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
🔥 Remove from air fryer and divide into two portions.
🔥 Chop up cooked bacon slices and sprinkle over the top.

This yummy yet nutritious "Herb Encrusted Mustard Salmon" would definitely drool you!
Here's how:
INGREDIENTS:
❤️ 4 6oz salmon filets
❤️ 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard
❤️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
❤️ 1 tbsp Shallots, finely minced
❤️ 2 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped plus extra for garnish
❤️ 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
❤️ 1/2 juice lemon plus a slice each for garnish
❤️ salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
❤️ Heat oven on broil mode and line a baking sheet with foil.
❤️ In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary and lemon juice.
❤️ Place salmon on baking sheet and spread the mixture over each piece of salmon. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
❤️ Broil 7-8 minutes.
❤️ Garnish with a lemon slice and left over thyme!

It's easy! Here's how you do it:
INGREDIENTS:
🎉 1 pound organic chicken breasts
🎉 2/3 cup panko
🎉 1 egg
🎉 1/2 tsp salt
🎉 1/4 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
🎉 Preheat oven to 375 degrees
🎉 Whisk egg
🎉 Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
🎉 Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
🎉 Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
🎉 Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
🎉 Place on a baking sheet
🎉 Cook for 15-20 minutes

FOR TODAY'S HEALTHY RECIPE, WE ARE SHARING YOU EASY TO MAKE "SLOPPY JOE'S" ❤️🔥💯🎉
Ingredients:
❤️ 2 pounds organic ground beef 90/10
❤️ 1 white/sweet onion diced
❤️ 2 bell peppers diced red, green, orange or yellow
❤️ 5 cloves garlic minced
❤️ 1 1/4 cups organic ketchup
❤️ 2 tbsp organic honey
❤️ 2 tsp chili powder
❤️ 1 tsp dry mustard
❤️ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
❤️ 1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
❤️ 2 tbsp organic tomato paste
❤️ 3 tbsp salted butter
❤️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
❤️ 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
❤️ 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
❤️ 1/2 tsp black pepper
❤️ 1 cup water
Instructions:
❤️ Place 1 tbsp butter and garlic in saute pan and brown the ground beef. ❤️ Drain and keep separate.
❤️ Place tomato paste in saute pan with remaining butter. Add onion and bell pepper. Saute until vegetables are soft, approx 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place all liquid ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
❤️ Next, add the ground beef mixture back into the onion, tomato paste and bell peppers.
❤️ Place the remaining dry ingredients into the beef mixture. Stir. ❤️ Then stir in the liquids, including the water.
❤️ Cook over medium heat until the desired thickness of the sauce is reduced to your liking.

🔥 2 cups quinoa
🔥 4 cups low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

❤️ 1.5 pounds boneless pork tenderloin

❤️ 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

❤️ .5 tsp red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:
❤️ Place pork tenderloin into crockpot
❤️ In a medium mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients (broth, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic and pepper flakes) then Pour over pork tenderloin
❤️ Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low
❤️ Once pork is done, pull our of crockpot and break apart with two forks
❤️ Use the remaining liquid as gravy

In today's healthy recipe, we're going to teach you how to make "Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash"
Ingredients
🔥 2 cups butternut squash (peeled and cut into cubes)
🔥 1 teaspoon olive oil
🔥 2/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
🔥 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Optional: dash cayenne
Instructions
🔥 Preheat oven to 425 degrees
🔥 Place aluminum foil on one large baking sheet
🔥 Mix the cinnamon and salt together
🔥 Toss the butternut squash cubes into the olive oil then in the seasoning mixture until they are well coated
🔥 Evenly spread out coated butternut squash on the baking sheet in a thin layer
🔥 Place baking sheet in the oven
🔥 Cook for 20-25 minutes and then flip
🔥 Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly brown and the centers are tender.

Here are 4 Recipes the ENTIRE family is sure to love:
EGG ROLL IN A BOWL:
Ground Beef, Prepared Coleslaw Mix (This mixture of cabbage and carrot is already washed, chopped, and ready to use. Ground Ginger. Garlic Powder. Soy Sauce. Green Onions.
🔥 Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet and cook it over medium heat until the meat is fully browned. Drain off the excess fat, but make sure you don’t put any down the drain or you might end up clogging it. Stir in the ground ginger, garlic powder, and ½ of the soy sauce. Add the coleslaw mix to the pan and stir until everything is evenly combined.
EGG MUFFINS:

🔥 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice up all vegetables. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs then add in all the diced vegetables. Pour mixture in greased muffin pan (should fill about 10 muffins). Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
PANKO CRUSTED CHICKEN:
1 pound organic chicken breasts. 2/3 cup panko. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp pepper
🔥 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk egg. Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips. Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag. Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
ROASTED BROCCOLI:
1 large head Broccoli about 5 cups chopped. 1 tsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste
🔥 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and chop broccoli. Mix in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
✨ 1 lb lean ground beef 93/7
✨ 1 large head (about 5 cups chopped) broccoli
✨ 1 large container (about 2.5 cups) frozen garlic mashed cauliflower
✨ 1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
✨ 1 tsp garlic powder optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
✨ Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
✨ Brown ground beef and season with garlic powder (optional).
✨ Warm up the container of frozen mashed cauliflower in the microwave according to package instructions.
✨ Chop up the head of broccoli.
✨ Mix browned beef, warmed mashed cauliflower and chopped broccoli together in a 9x13 baking dish.
✨ Bake for 20 minutes.
✨ Remove dish from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
✨ Place dish back in oven until cheese has melted (3-5 minutes).
✨ Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
