For today's healthy recipe! We are sharing you this delicious "White Bean Chicken Chili" ๐ฅโค๏ธ๐ฏ๐๐
Try it and let us know your thoughts! โค๏ธ๐ฏโค๏ธ๐ฏ
INGREDIENTS:
โค๏ธ 1 whole Onion chopped
โค๏ธ 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
โค๏ธ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium chicken broth
โค๏ธ 1 jar salsa verde
โค๏ธ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium diced tomatoes
โค๏ธ 1 4.5 oz can diced green chilies
โค๏ธ 1.5 tsp chili powder
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp dried oregano
โค๏ธ 1 tsp ground cumin
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp salt
โค๏ธ 2 15 oz can corn kernels, drain and rinsed
โค๏ธ 2 15 oz can white beans, cannellini, drain and rinse
โค๏ธ 4 large (approx 2-2.5 pounds) organic chicken breasts
MAKING THE ROUX:
โค๏ธ 3 tbsp butter
โค๏ธ 3 tbsp almond flour
โค๏ธ 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
โค๏ธ 4 oz Heavy whipping cream
โค๏ธ 1 tsp chicken bouilon
โค๏ธ 1 tsp black pepper
โค๏ธ 7 oz plain Greek yogurt 1 small container
INSTRUCTIONS:
โค๏ธ Place the 4 raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, cover with all of the spices on top, then throw in the rest of the ingredients before the cream base roux.
โค๏ธ Cook on low 6-8 hours. One hour before serving, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, slowly whisk in the flour and allow it to bubble and brown a little. Approx 3-5 minutes. Next, whisk in milk, cream, chicken bullion, yogurt and black pepper. Simmer another 4-5 minutes.
โค๏ธ Pour roux mixture into crockpot. Shred the chicken with two forks and allow the sauce to thicken while cooking on low for another hour. It may be easier to remove the chicken and shred over a pan or plate and then place back in crockpot.
โค๏ธ Additional toppings not listed could be: cilantro, cheese, hot sauce or tortilla strips! (Nutrition facts not included for toppings)

Do you need another Healthy Recipe Idea? Try this "Honey and Sriracha Roasted Brussel Sprouts"
INGREDIENTS:
๐ฅ 2 cups brussel sprouts
๐ฅ 1 tbsp honey
๐ฅ 2 tbsp sriracha
๐ฅ 1 spray olive oil
๐ฅ 2 pieces cooked bacon
INSTRUCTIONS:
๐ฅ Rinse and dry brussel sprouts.
๐ฅ Cut brussel sprouts in half then lightly coat them with a spray of olive oil.
๐ฅ Mix honey and sriracha together then toss the brussel sprouts in the mixture.
๐ฅ Place brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
๐ฅ Remove from air fryer and divide into two portions.
๐ฅ Chop up cooked bacon slices and sprinkle over the top.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!! ๐๐๐
This yummy yet nutritious "Herb Encrusted Mustard Salmon" would definitely drool you!
Here's how:
INGREDIENTS:
โค๏ธ 4 6oz salmon filets
โค๏ธ 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard
โค๏ธ 2 cloves garlic, minced
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp Shallots, finely minced
โค๏ธ 2 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped plus extra for garnish
โค๏ธ 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
โค๏ธ 1/2 juice lemon plus a slice each for garnish
โค๏ธ salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
โค๏ธ Heat oven on broil mode and line a baking sheet with foil.
โค๏ธ In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary and lemon juice.
โค๏ธ Place salmon on baking sheet and spread the mixture over each piece of salmon. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
โค๏ธ Broil 7-8 minutes.
โค๏ธ Garnish with a lemon slice and left over thyme!

TIRED OF SAME OLD RECIPE IDEAS?
How about try this Panko Crusted Chicken in your Menu!
It's easy! Here's how you do it:
INGREDIENTS:
๐ 1 pound organic chicken breasts
๐ 2/3 cup panko
๐ 1 egg
๐ 1/2 tsp salt
๐ 1/4 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
๐ Preheat oven to 375 degrees
๐ Whisk egg
๐ Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
๐ Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
๐ Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
๐ Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
๐ Place on a baking sheet
๐ Cook for 15-20 minutes
