For today's healthy recipe! We are sharing you this delicious "White Bean Chicken Chili" ๐Ÿ”ฅโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜

Try it and let us know your thoughts! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏ

INGREDIENTS:
โค๏ธ 1 whole Onion chopped
โค๏ธ 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
โค๏ธ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium chicken broth
โค๏ธ 1 jar salsa verde
โค๏ธ 1 14.5 oz can reduced sodium diced tomatoes
โค๏ธ 1 4.5 oz can diced green chilies
โค๏ธ 1.5 tsp chili powder
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp dried oregano
โค๏ธ 1 tsp ground cumin
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp salt
โค๏ธ 2 15 oz can corn kernels, drain and rinsed
โค๏ธ 2 15 oz can white beans, cannellini, drain and rinse
โค๏ธ 4 large (approx 2-2.5 pounds) organic chicken breasts

MAKING THE ROUX:
โค๏ธ 3 tbsp butter
โค๏ธ 3 tbsp almond flour
โค๏ธ 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
โค๏ธ 4 oz Heavy whipping cream
โค๏ธ 1 tsp chicken bouilon
โค๏ธ 1 tsp black pepper
โค๏ธ 7 oz plain Greek yogurt 1 small container

INSTRUCTIONS:
โค๏ธ Place the 4 raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, cover with all of the spices on top, then throw in the rest of the ingredients before the cream base roux.
โค๏ธ Cook on low 6-8 hours. One hour before serving, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, slowly whisk in the flour and allow it to bubble and brown a little. Approx 3-5 minutes. Next, whisk in milk, cream, chicken bullion, yogurt and black pepper. Simmer another 4-5 minutes.
โค๏ธ Pour roux mixture into crockpot. Shred the chicken with two forks and allow the sauce to thicken while cooking on low for another hour. It may be easier to remove the chicken and shred over a pan or plate and then place back in crockpot.
โค๏ธ Additional toppings not listed could be: cilantro, cheese, hot sauce or tortilla strips! (Nutrition facts not included for toppings)

Do you need another Healthy Recipe Idea? Try this "Honey and Sriracha Roasted Brussel Sprouts"

INGREDIENTS:
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 cups brussel sprouts
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tbsp honey
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 tbsp sriracha
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 spray olive oil
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 pieces cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS:
๐Ÿ”ฅ Rinse and dry brussel sprouts.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Cut brussel sprouts in half then lightly coat them with a spray of olive oil.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Mix honey and sriracha together then toss the brussel sprouts in the mixture.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Place brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Remove from air fryer and divide into two portions.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Chop up cooked bacon slices and sprinkle over the top.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

This yummy yet nutritious "Herb Encrusted Mustard Salmon" would definitely drool you!

Here's how:

INGREDIENTS:
โค๏ธ 4 6oz salmon filets
โค๏ธ 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard
โค๏ธ 2 cloves garlic, minced
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp Shallots, finely minced
โค๏ธ 2 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped plus extra for garnish
โค๏ธ 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
โค๏ธ 1/2 juice lemon plus a slice each for garnish
โค๏ธ salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
โค๏ธ Heat oven on broil mode and line a baking sheet with foil.
โค๏ธ In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary and lemon juice.
โค๏ธ Place salmon on baking sheet and spread the mixture over each piece of salmon. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
โค๏ธ Broil 7-8 minutes.
โค๏ธ Garnish with a lemon slice and left over thyme!

TIRED OF SAME OLD RECIPE IDEAS?

How about try this Panko Crusted Chicken in your Menu!

It's easy! Here's how you do it:

INGREDIENTS:
๐ŸŽ‰ 1 pound organic chicken breasts
๐ŸŽ‰ 2/3 cup panko
๐ŸŽ‰ 1 egg
๐ŸŽ‰ 1/2 tsp salt
๐ŸŽ‰ 1/4 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
๐ŸŽ‰ Preheat oven to 375 degrees
๐ŸŽ‰ Whisk egg
๐ŸŽ‰ Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
๐ŸŽ‰ Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
๐ŸŽ‰ Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
๐ŸŽ‰ Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
๐ŸŽ‰ Place on a baking sheet
๐ŸŽ‰ Cook for 15-20 minutes

FOR TODAY'S HEALTHY RECIPE, WE ARE SHARING YOU EASY TO MAKE "SLOPPY JOE'S" โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŽ‰

Ingredients:
โค๏ธ 2 pounds organic ground beef 90/10
โค๏ธ 1 white/sweet onion diced
โค๏ธ 2 bell peppers diced red, green, orange or yellow
โค๏ธ 5 cloves garlic minced
โค๏ธ 1 1/4 cups organic ketchup
โค๏ธ 2 tbsp organic honey
โค๏ธ 2 tsp chili powder
โค๏ธ 1 tsp dry mustard
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
โค๏ธ 1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
โค๏ธ 2 tbsp organic tomato paste
โค๏ธ 3 tbsp salted butter
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
โค๏ธ 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
โค๏ธ 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
โค๏ธ 1/2 tsp black pepper
โค๏ธ 1 cup water

Instructions:
โค๏ธ Place 1 tbsp butter and garlic in saute pan and brown the ground beef. โค๏ธ Drain and keep separate.
โค๏ธ Place tomato paste in saute pan with remaining butter. Add onion and bell pepper. Saute until vegetables are soft, approx 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place all liquid ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
โค๏ธ Next, add the ground beef mixture back into the onion, tomato paste and bell peppers.
โค๏ธ Place the remaining dry ingredients into the beef mixture. Stir. โค๏ธ Then stir in the liquids, including the water.
โค๏ธ Cook over medium heat until the desired thickness of the sauce is reduced to your liking.

HEALTHY RECIPE FOR TODAY: "VEGGIE QUINOA" ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ

Ingredients
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 cups quinoa
๐Ÿ”ฅ 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 cups mushrooms chopped
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 bag spinach chopped

Instructions
๐Ÿ”ฅ Place quinoa and low sodium chicken broth into a medium size pot. Heat to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cover. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Let cook for 15-20 minutes
๐Ÿ”ฅ Pour olive oil and mushrooms into a large sauce pan. Sautรฉ mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes. Pour in the bag of spinach and let cook for an additional 4-5 minutes
๐Ÿ”ฅ Mix the veggies in with the quinoa and let sit for 3-4 minutes
๐Ÿ”ฅ Portion into 1/2 cup servings

Here's another HEALTHY RECIPE that you must try at home!

BALSAMIC PORK TENDERLOIN (CROCKPOT)

Try this and let us know your thought!

Here's how:

Ingredients
โค๏ธ 1.5 pounds boneless pork tenderloin
โค๏ธ 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
โค๏ธ .5 cup balsamic vinegar
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
โค๏ธ 1 tbsp organic honey
โค๏ธ .5 tsp red pepper flakes
โค๏ธ 2 cloves garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:
โค๏ธ Place pork tenderloin into crockpot
โค๏ธ In a medium mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients (broth, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic and pepper flakes) then Pour over pork tenderloin
โค๏ธ Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low
โค๏ธ Once pork is done, pull our of crockpot and break apart with two forks
โค๏ธ Use the remaining liquid as gravy
โค๏ธ Enjoy

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 teaspoon almond butter (or cashew butter)
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey, if not vegan)
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

INSTRUCTIONS:
๐Ÿ”ฅ Blend. Add the 5 ingredients together in a blender, and blend until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Enjoy! Pour the latte into a glass and serve warm right away. This version even develops a foam on top, like a real latte. Feel free to double the batch, if you need more than one serving, too.

"HEALTHY RECIPE"

In today's healthy recipe, we're going to teach you how to make "Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash"

Ingredients
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2 cups butternut squash (peeled and cut into cubes)
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 teaspoon olive oil
๐Ÿ”ฅ 2/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
๐Ÿ”ฅ 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Optional: dash cayenne

Instructions
๐Ÿ”ฅ Preheat oven to 425 degrees
๐Ÿ”ฅ Place aluminum foil on one large baking sheet
๐Ÿ”ฅ Mix the cinnamon and salt together
๐Ÿ”ฅ Toss the butternut squash cubes into the olive oil then in the seasoning mixture until they are well coated
๐Ÿ”ฅ Evenly spread out coated butternut squash on the baking sheet in a thin layer
๐Ÿ”ฅ Place baking sheet in the oven
๐Ÿ”ฅ Cook for 20-25 minutes and then flip
๐Ÿ”ฅ Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly brown and the centers are tender.
