1st try..👍🏻👍🏻. W/ice & couple of frozen blueberries!!
Jeremy Scott has taught me a lot of things — how to exercise, nutrition, and life lessons. I can’t believe it’s been nine years since I walked into your facility in cut off jean shorts just to check it out on a Friday so I would know where to go with my Groupon on Monday. You talked me into working out right then and there and afterwards, I couldn’t go up and down the stairs all weekend in our rental without wincing. Thank you for all you have done for me and what you have created in the past nine years that helps so many others as well. (PS, I didn’t have any painters tape to use this year on my shirt).
Did the 50 Rep Upper Body Challenge Today. Took exactly 10 minutes. Used 20lb DBs for all of it except for the last 20 reps of curl and presses. I needed to switch to 15s. Great combo! Thanks!
Hope this is allowed -- My wife and I are big OU fans from Oklahoma and will be in the area on December 13-16 to watch our first ever NFL game (Browns vs. Cardinals). For the last few years, I have followed Jeremy Scott and this page and it has been on my bucket list to workout at Jeremy Scott Fitness. I have a few questions that I hope can be answered either on here or by private message.

1. Is the Saturday workout session open to anybody? What
time and how long does the workout session last?

2. We will only be in the area for a couple of days (mainly a
Friday and Saturday night) -- what are some must
see / can't miss things to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix

Thank you very much for your help!! I apologize if i misused this page with my questions.
Great workouts that are always changing and interesting.
Hi guys I hope you are already, and I thank Almighty God for you . You re a blessing to me while you're in Kenya. God bless you for me. Thank you CAROLINE MEYENDE
Christmas gift from my wife and son, they know me so well!
Because ever since i started lifting weights... push ups don't really work out for me😟
Can I kindly ask what do we gain from doing push ups except triceps and biceps
Since about late August I started paying attention to my food intake, as in “not eating whatever I felt like” & “not eating anything from Starbucks”... just those two things completely changed my cravings for food... I didn’t crave sweets or junk!!!! I finally started back up again at JSF and I’m proud to say I’m officially down 23 pounds!!! It’s the little decisions we make daily that add up, one pound at a time!!! Eventually I’ll post before & after photos, but I haven’t reached my after quite yet!

You’re going to have slip ups especially when it comes to your nutrition and eating....most likely this will happen on your journey.

What you do after you slip up however is what determines your success.

One bad meal doesn’t equal a bad day and it sure as hell doesn’t equal a bad week….you know who you are out there.

Monday has no magic power to help you start eating any better than Wednesday does so cut the B.S. of “I am starting on Monday”

Unless of course it is Monday then go right ahead lol….

You need to make it mandatory to get right back on track with your next meal after a poor one.

It’s the multiple slip ups that kill your progress NOT ONE MEAL.

It’s the snowball affect of many meals, snacks, drinks and days of poor eating that do you in.

Again one poor meal, one “TOO HAPPY of an HOUR”, and one ill-advised snack does not make or break your progress.

It’s not what we do some of the time that dictates our success but rather what we do most of the time.

Remember that this week if you have a slip up.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

Tips for Building Muscle on this amazing Monday...

Tips for Building Muscle from a dude who actually built some muscle on his once skinny fat 160lbs frame to 210lbs of lean mass at almost 40 years of age.

We talk a lot about getting lean, sexy, ripped, and everything in between so let me change gears here and talk about how to put on some real deal lean muscle mass.

If I could only give you guys a handful of tips to put on lean muscle these would be it, enjoy and feel free to share with the world.

Tip #1 – use compound movements – the BIG lifts like squats, hinges aka deads, horizontal pressing, pull ups, overhead pressing, sled pushed etc. are going to give you the most bang for your buck.

Tip #2 – Eat real food if at all possible stick with whole organic dense foods. Quality proteins like fish, chicken, eggs, grass-fed beef and dark green veggies are a good place to start. Don’t forget the power of carbs – sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice are just some of my favorites.

Tip #3 – Sleep is key, get enough quality sleep to allow your body time to repair, grown and build that strong lean muscle you have been training for. You don’t grow while you train you grow while you sleep, without quality sleep your results simply wont come.

Tip #4 – Train your legs at least twice a week, focusing on the big muscle groups hamstrings, glutes, and your back are going to build muscle faster than doing just the “bro” style workouts “bench-biceps”. If you can I suggest to squat/sled push/ deadlift at least twice per week and throw in a little high intensity sprinting session or KB swings as icing on the cake.

Tip #5 – Consistency is the key – don’t skip important meals and don’t skip training sessions. It’s not what we do some of the time that counts it what we do most of the time that matters. Create a success plan for your training and your nutrition and stick to it. Track your results and if your not seeing the gains you like in any area adjust and keep working.

Tip #6 – Push yourself – give your body a reason to change, don’t take the easy route work as hard as you can. We have a saying when it comes to training at our gym and it’s simple “whatever your 100% looks like give it” if you can keep that in mind when you enter the gym, the sky is the limit when it comes to your results.

Tip #7 – Stick with 2-3 total body workouts per week, don’t worry about having just a “chest day” or just a “leg day” as you start out focus on working a few major muscle groups a few times per week for faster results and quicker gains.

Tip #8 – Do things correctly – using proper form to avoid injury is key, if your hurt you can’t train so make sure you have a coach or a partner who can help ensure your doing things safely.

Tip #9 – Set some goals – make them realistic- I am all for BIG goals and BIG results but understand what can be accomplished in what time frame. If your goal is to be “Arnold” in 60 days you need to come back to reality, set some benchmarks for every 30-60-90 days and focus on those. If you do the little things right the big things will take care of themselves.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

🔥This is your journey my friends, get tunnel vision on what you want.

Block out the noise and negativity and focus on your process.

And please let that comparison s**t go it’s not serving you on this ride.

Do that and you will be kicking ass all 2023 and beyond.

Have an amazing Sunday friends.

Are you currently doing what you love daily?

If the answer is No…..WHY NOT??????

Don’t tell me “I don’t love anything”

Something out there gets you jacked, pumped and lights you up inside.

You just need to take a minute and do a self-audit of what you enjoy.

You must silence all doubters, negative thoughts, ideas of failure and perceived roach blocks holding you back.

I hear stories all the time….

“I can’t do what I love and make money at it”

“I make good money now I can’t start over and do something else”

“I don’t even know where to start”

“I have kids, car payments, and a mortgage it’s too late for me now”

“I can’t do anything else I don’t have the skills”

Are any of these good reasons not to do what you love?

Let me give you my professional opinion ….F*ck NO

I don’t care if you are 25 or 55 you have the rest of your life to do what you love for your career and personal life.

It’s 2023 you have more power in your phone than entire nations had 30 years ago. You can learn and connect with just about anyone in the world in a matter of minutes with this magic thing called the Internet.

If you truly want to do something more, something you love, something you have a legit passion for STOP making up BS excuses and GO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I am not a genius and I somehow figured it out, the biggest hurdle even for me was just getting out my own way…. erasing negative thoughts, self doubt and thinking I didn’t have the skills, knowledge, resources or time to make it happen.

Once I let that sh*t go my life started to snowball the direction of success, happiness and fulfillment and it hasn’t slowed down since.

I know it can do the same for you.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

Saturday 8am & 9am join me at Jeremy Scott Fitness just $10 at the door to sweat it out with us.

🔥How are those New Year Resolutions Coming Along? 🔥

We talk a lot about behavior changes to create new habits on the most recent episode of the podcast 🎙️ (Apple & Spotify and all major podcast outlets)

The Truth About Fat Burners

I will cut to the chase…. Do fat burners work?

Maybe….to some extent.

Taking a fat burner doesn’t mean you can just eat pizza, ice cream, drink beer and wine all-day and lost fat.

Fat Burners are ONLY a supplement to your current nutrition and training program NOT a miracle pill.

They are created with specific ingredients that can give your body an extra boost to help aid in fat loss, but they don’t replace proper eating and drinking habits.

Your Eating, Training, Lifestyle is the key piece of the puzzle when it comes to fat loss.

You must be eating at a calorie deficit if you want to lose body fat – so you much ensure your macros are in check before you starting investing in supplements.

The takeaway: taking a pill or potion without proper work won't get you the results you want. Even if it could for a short period of time 6-9-12 months.... it's not a long term solution for the next 5-10-15-20 years of your life.

As always any questions on proper supplementation or nutrition please ask.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

P.S. Whenever you’re ready... here are 4 ways I can help you live a healthier happier life.

💪We’re all messed up… All of us, not a single one of us is perfect!

That’s the blueprint… the true beauty is in the flaws…..

Embrace the fact that you are flawed like the rest of us….

Let’s face it, we aren’t all as cool as Matthew McConaughey in a car commercial, no matter how hard I try I still look like a nerd in my Honda driving to work each day.

We all KNOW that deep down we can’t be perfect…

But with the world of Facebook & Instagram how often do you compare your life to someone else’s?

You compare your life to their highlight reel of photos and videos…..

How fit they are, the clothes they wear, their body, their car, their house, and their relationships….

Perfect is fake…..even on instagram TRUST ME ON THIS!

Perfect is boring…..

Perfect is NOT REAL……

Perfect does not exist…….

My life, my body, my career, my relationships are far from perfect on any level…..I am as messed up as they come inside and out.

The flaws make it exciting….

The flaws make us grow….

The flaws make it frustrating & fun….

The flaws also make it REAL….. they make us REAL

So, as you head into another weekend – I ask you to own your flaws embrace how weird, messed up, and strange we each really are deep down.

If you don’t your just living a lie, and I would rather love my life and myself for my own obsessive, intense, compulsive personality than live a false version of who I am truly supposed to be.

Have a great 👍 Friday friends.

Jeremy Scott - 47 Day Transformation 01/09/2023

Jeremy Scott - 47 Day Transformation

How to get into better shape in 6-8 weeks?

My quick suggestions… not rocket science, just hard truth.

Workout 3-5 times per week alternating between upper and lower body sessions or 3 total body sessions would be great as well.

Record numbers from your workouts to make sure you are beating some of them the next workout- be it reps, weight, cals whatever matters to you…

Be active the other 2 days you don’t “workout” bike-hike-walk-swim-walk your dog –foam roll – just do something for 30-60 minutes.

I would sleep 8 hours….are at least get 6-7 hours of restful sleep….quality is the goal.

Supplement with a probiotic, multivitamin, glutamine, fish oil and a Athletic Greens we have a detailed supplement guide inside our app located In the insights tab.

Track my food daily and record how I feel after each day, so I can see what foods affect me in what way (feel energized or bloated and tired) –My Fitness Pal

I would have a macro breakdown that is high in protein/fat and lower in carbs

Take pictures weekly to compare…or bi-weekly at least

Mandatory mobility before my workouts, after my HIIT days, and during my off days.

One cheat meal every two weeks…..or every week if you have been on track with your macros the other 6 days.
With this, I'm sure that you can drop about 6-10lbs of fat or most likely add some muscle over the course of just 6-8 weeks – IF YOU FOLLOW IT.

Most people, in the beginning, are overfed and undernourished, so when you change that up, it's pretty amazing to see what can happen to a person in a short time.

OK…that’s the first 6-8 weeks of your journey.

Now if I had 10 weeks or more with that kind of weekly regimen, then the results are even crazier that I promise you.

If you want to hangout with me for 47 days and see these results and more CLICK HERE.

Any questions just ask…

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

Do You have a plan for your physical fitness and nutrition tomorrow?

If NOT click here join us for our life changing 47 Day Transformation program.

I want to share you with a few questions I ask myself routinely to ensure I am on the track.

1. Do your current daily habits support the person you wish to become?

2. What will you have to give up in order to reach your goals?

3. Are you focused everything that is working for you or against you?

4. What do you have to be thankful for today?

5. What is the biggest limitation holding you back from doing more?

6. Are your decisions driven by passion or fear?

7. Are you taking actions daily towards your dreams or just hoping to someday?

8. Are you living the best life you can imagine or is there something better out there waiting for you?

I have few thousand more questions coming down the pipe for you guys so just stay tuned. My advice on this print these questions out, answer each one with some thought behind them, stick them up someplace you can see them daily.

I know it might not sound sexy right now, but trust me I have had the chance to hear, meet, and model some of the most successful people out there in various fields.

I can assure you 100% of them write down their goals or at least do some self questioning.

Spend a few minutes each day in reflection to see how they can become a better person.

I would love nothing more than to hear your feedback, if it sparks even one idea, dream, gets your imagination going even if only for a few seconds…that’s the start of where the BIG dreams take shape.

Until next time eat well, train hard, be nice to people.

Jeremy Scott - 47 Day Transformation 01/07/2023

Jeremy Scott - 47 Day Transformation

Why YOU are NOT making progress....

Your problem is NOT your workouts program…well for some of you it might be.

For some of you, who are not super active or part of a community-training program or have a real coach your issue might in fact be your lack of working out or lack of workout knowledge.

The reasons why we see most people fail are tied to....

1 ~ Program jumping thinking you need to change your program every 30 days (news flash you don’t need to do that)

2 ~ You think you need to work out longer…. Trust me if your going hard I mean high intensity there is NO WAY and I mean NO WAY you can do HIIT training for 45-60 straight minutes with true high intensity effort and have any resemblance of proper form. (Prove me wrong anyone)

3 ~ You think everyday needs to crush you – (it doesn’t) there is a time place for that but everyday shouldn’t kill you

4 ~ Your NOT tracking your macros – this is the #1 for many of you – macros matter just as much as squats, lunges, and pushing sleds do….so start tracking them today.

5 ~ Your quality of sleep sucks … need to be getting quality restorative sleep daily.

6 ~ You stress too much about everything …some of these things you can’t control but many others YOU CAN

7~ You are not planning or preparing food for your week, work days, or when you travel, if you have NO plan for these things there is almost zero chance you can reach your full potential.

8 ~ Your not patient enough – eating right and working out for 30-60-90-120 days is NOT a long time. You need to give something 1-2-3-years and forever… that’s how you find success when you understand the journey is forever.

9 ~ You think you can just “maintain” there is no such thing you are either getting better or getting worse each day. You can’t coast, this is an uphill battle vs. time so you need to be making progress or you will keep falling behind – get out of the “”maintain” mentality.

10 ~ You are not honest with your efforts – many of us drastically overestimate how hard we train and underestimate how much we eat. This is a recipe for disaster you can’t out train your diet even as hard as I work I can’t do it….so you need to be training right and eating right for your goals daily.

11 ~ FINAL Reason – we as people drastically over estimate how much progress and results we think we should see in 90 days while at the same time underestimate how much we can get done in 1 year….think about if you just committed to 1 year of a healthy lifestyle 100% all in how much progress you could make.

I could list 100 other things like, foam rolling, mobility, micronutrients; hormones and so on... all of which are real reasons people struggle to see results.

But for the vast majority of people the 11 things above are the biggest culprits of your success.

My quick advice –

Get a coach and a community of people that gives a sh*t about you, knows your name, knows what you want to do and is never too busy to chat with you.

Get on a workout program that can actually help you get better. That doesn’t mean showing up to a group exercise class over packed with 50 people or more, doing dangerous high intensity jumping exercise for 45-60 minutes straight (with little to no guidance) – that won’t make you better and overtime it will actually make you worse.

Track your macros using myfitness pal and have a coach review it with you, get a coach who is educated to give you feedback.

Find stuff you love to do – bike, hike, swim, run, golf, play basketball ….whatever your thing is get lost in the fun and play aspects of fitness.

Plan and prepare for each day and each week based on how much travel, work, and social obligations you have.

I could go on and on but you get the point……

If you need help message me here or reach out to our team. We are here to help you truly get fit and healthy….. not to just get you sweaty and tired.

Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.

9 Things YOU Should DO Daily

Reminder... 2 Days left to Enroll in our 47 Day Transformation CLICK HERE to grab a post we start Jan. 9th

Now onto our 9 Daily TO-DO's ...

1 ~ Give more than you take from everyone, be their fountain NOT their drain. Aim for at least 51/49 split meaning you give them 51% and only take 49%...

2 ~ Treat people the way you wish to be treated…. practice empathy as often as you can.

3 ~ Be a NICE person it takes zero talent to be nice… mean people suck.

4 ~ Exercise and move your body in some way, shape or form at least 30 minutes a day….mobility, foam rolling, and even brisk walks aid to great results.

5 ~ Eat real food that nourishes and heals your body daily, green veggies, healthy fats and lean proteins and keys to long term health….more specific track your macros.

6 ~ Practice gratitude in your life for even the smallest things….this can change your life.

7 ~ Be a someone people want to hang out with (see #3 above)

8 ~ Don’t be a complainer… Lou Holtz said it best ““Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.”
9 ~ Never let the online, Internet, Instagram, Facebook version of you be more impressive than the in-person version of you…think about this real hard right now. Is what you portray online better than the actual YOU?

This is a simple yet highly effective way to make your life awesome. These are things most of you know and in theory they are easy, but in application take some effort on your part.

Integrate these 9 things into your life and you will be successful in everything and I mean EVERYTHING you do.

Any questions just holler at me and if you dig this share it with the world it might just help someone you know start living a kick a** life they deserve.

Until next time, eat well, train hard & be nice to people.
