Jeremy Scott has taught me a lot of things — how to exercise, nutrition, and life lessons. I can’t believe it’s been nine years since I walked into your facility in cut off jean shorts just to check it out on a Friday so I would know where to go with my Groupon on Monday. You talked me into working out right then and there and afterwards, I couldn’t go up and down the stairs all weekend in our rental without wincing. Thank you for all you have done for me and what you have created in the past nine years that helps so many others as well. (PS, I didn’t have any painters tape to use this year on my shirt).
Did the 50 Rep Upper Body Challenge Today. Took exactly 10 minutes. Used 20lb DBs for all of it except for the last 20 reps of curl and presses. I needed to switch to 15s. Great combo! Thanks!

Hope this is allowed -- My wife and I are big OU fans from Oklahoma and will be in the area on December 13-16 to watch our first ever NFL game (Browns vs. Cardinals). For the last few years, I have followed Jeremy Scott and this page and it has been on my bucket list to workout at Jeremy Scott Fitness. Because ever since i started lifting weights... push ups don't really work out for me😟
Can I kindly ask what do we gain from doing push ups except triceps and biceps
Since about late August I started paying attention to my food intake, as in “not eating whatever I felt like” & “not eating anything from Starbucks”... just those two things completely changed my cravings for food... I didn’t crave sweets or junk!!!! I finally started back up again at JSF and I’m proud to say I’m officially down 23 pounds!!! It’s the little decisions we make daily that add up, one pound at a time!!! Eventually I’ll post before & after photos, but I haven’t reached my after quite yet!
