Only a few weeks to go before cranks up his season 🏌️Here’s one of our lower body circuits we did focusing on a 360° approach to the crushing the hips. Hitting glute medius, glute max, adductors, groin, quads, hip flexors, and hamstrings. 🔥💪

Ankle mobility is one of the most important areas to be mobile in your body, and especially in your swing. 🏌🏻♂️Try this Distracted Ankle Dorsiflexion exercise to help increase your ankle mobility. 1️⃣Find a box about 12” high. 2️⃣Use lateral resistance above the knee that pulls your knee inward (15lbs should be good) 3️⃣Place a bar roughly 6” in front of the toes of the resisted leg 4️⃣Keeping everything aligned (ankles,knees,hips) guide the knee forward over the toes and try to touch the bar while keeping the heel touching the box.💪🏻 You’ll feel a good burn throughout the glute medius and the quads🔥 if you don’t, step the weight up!
