Coming in September we will be adding small group training to our services! With up to 3 people per class, these classes will be focused on gaining mobility, stability, and strength in a small group setting at a lower price point per hour. Look for more updates coming in the next few weeks 💪🏼
Our Simulator room is finally complete! Beat the heat this summer and tune up your game indoors with the brand new GC Quad Max! Dial in your distances, play a round with friends, watch anything on TV, listen to favorite tunes on our Sonos sound system, and have a draft beer or your own cocktails while doing it! 🍻

Come check out the new Foresight GC Quad Simulator!
Just in time for over seed and the upcoming golf season, our new Foresight GC Quad simulator is up and ready to help you improve your game! We're now offering new options to improve your swing with the new Simulator:
*Monthly or annual Sim memberships
*Adding Sim use to your fitness and stretching packages
*K-Vest swing analysis with our new 4 sensor system with swing capture, that gives us a 3D blueprint on how efficient (or not) your swing is
*There is also 10 lifetime simulator memberships that will be offered for $4,500 each. You can use the Sim any time you want 7 days a week for life! It will be limited to only 10 people, and will come with a custom key badge to get in the door. Scheduling required, some limitations apply, contact us for more information!
