Growth season is officially here at TWS, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce our dream management team! 🙌🏼 Meet the incredible ladies who are making all the magic happen behind the scenes:
✨ Grace – Director of Training & Development
Grace is the heart of our teaching staff, supervising & ensuring we have the most amazing instructors leading your sessions! She will also be guiding our teacher training programs to help trainees become inspired, skilled, and well-rounded instructors!🙏
✨ Bailey – Director of Operations
Bailey is the driving force behind our studio operations, supporting our studio managers and making sure everything runs smoothly for YOU! She will also be leading studio expansion efforts, putting more Workshop’s on the map 💪🏼
✨ Megan – Arcadia Studio Manager
Megan is our Arcadia superstar! She’s the one ensuring the best client experience and keeping everything running flawlessly at the Arcadia studio. 💫
✨ Arica – Scottsdale Studio Manager
Arica is the magic behind our Scottsdale locations—McCormick Ranch & North Scottsdale! She’s all about providing an exceptional client experience and overseeing every little detail. 💖

ARICA is bubbly, compassionate, and ambitious, and you can catch her on Monday mornings at McCormick Ranch and Wednesday mornings at North Scottsdale! Her passionate, dynamic, and energetic teaching style will have you feeling strong from the inside out while building a deep mind-body connection—which is what she loves most about Pilates!
