Dedicating time in your workouts to Speed and Agility is well worth it. Even small improvements in running mechanics can translate into big speed gains.

Working hard at getting stronger. Using this series of exercises allows for the boys to get a lot of work in with out getting over taxed. Posture is key to improving trunk stability and motor control. Good progress so far. More to come.

Wrestling weight certification at Brophy Prep today. First we check for hydration then off to the BOP POD for percent fat measurements. Glad to have the technology here at the school. Safe and affective weight management for any athlete starts with accurate body fat measures.
