At Rafter B, each horse’s program is tailored to their individual needs, with daily care, nutrition, conditioning and rehabilitation working together toward the same goal.

We work alongside your veterinarian, farrier, trainer and owner because successful rehab takes a team ➡️ and we’re proud to be part of yours.

Whether your horse is coming back from an injury, surgery or simply needs the time and consistency to rebuild correctly, we’re here for the long haul.

We are looking for 1-2 daytime people to help at the ranch, would prefer part time people but we’re open to hiring full time as well. The ideal people would commit to working the fall and upcoming breeding season. Message for details
