Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

💖 Join Us for a Special Donation-Based Class to Support the Children’s Heart Foundation! 💖


This February 14th, we’re honoring Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week and Heart Month by hosting two donation-based classes at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM. Every donation supports the Children's Heart Foundation, working to improve the lives of children born with heart defects.

❤️Minimum donation: $10
❤️When: Tuesday, February 14th | 8:30 AM & 9:45 AM

All donations benefit the Children’s Heart Foundation, helping fund research and support programs for kids with congenital heart defects.
