It was suggested to Mike from his evening clients to ask all of our Fitness Studio Members if they would like to donate to the cause. It is an annual event at his full time job (Beatitudes Campus). This year is the first time it was suggested for me to ask. I will eventually leave a drop box there at the studio. I am having download issues. The Squat Overhead Press is one of the best total body exercises. Try it out and remember, you can use dumbbells, tubes or a bar for this. Any joint pain try dumbbells and rotate the wrists to take some stress off the shoulder joints. let me know if you have any problems with this or suggestions for future videos.
