GOT UNWANTED PURSES???
It was suggested to Mike from his evening clients to ask all of our Fitness Studio Members if they would like to donate to the cause. It is an annual event at his full time job (Beatitudes Campus). This year is the first time it was suggested for me to ask. I will eventually leave a drop box there at the studio. I am having download issues. I will post more information including the flyer later. Thank You

Attn Baseball Softball players. Are you doing what you need to during this down time to not only prepare your arm for the stress of sport coming up, but also be able to dominate when the season starts?! See if your doing this exercise correctly then tag or so I can critique and help check your form so you are getting the most out of it. Get out of the house and WALK today. It will do 2 things: 1. Feel good and 2. Mental health- feel like you aren’t cooped up! During the stress of this quarantine and feeling like we have no control. It feels SO good to get out and wave at neighbors see the birds and just be out of the house. To get some cardio add the tips I mention in the video. Like Share and help others πŸ€—πŸ€›πŸ’ͺ🏻

The Squat Overhead Press is one of the best total body exercises. Try it out and remember, you can use dumbbells, tubes or a bar for this. Any joint pain try dumbbells and rotate the wrists to take some stress off the shoulder joints. let me know if you have any problems with this or suggestions for future videos.
