25 lbs down, hourglass shape, more energy, lifestyle lean, & strong
When MEESH first came to me, she wanted to feel stronger and more confident in her skin, she wanted to look and feel amazing, and she wanted to increase her energy levels
After we discussed her goals it was time to put in the work 💪
As always we prioritized the basics and we did them consistently
We gave her nutrition guidelines that fit her lifestyle and she did not have to track calories to achieve this
We got her strong af as she casually reps out heavy weight with PERFECT form and TEMPO. (them tempo with strength is a GAMECHANGER)
We taught her the importance of stress management, prioritizing her sleep, and loving herself
We set a daily step target of 7500-10k steps a day
And we make sure that she is hitting her water intake
She does minimal cardio in which we just do a high incline treadmill walk at 2.5-3.5 speed for 20-30 mins (3-4x a week)
And BAM! to be honest we dont even know how much weight she lost because she doesn’t care to weigh herself. She just put her full complete trust in us and the process
MEESH is exceptional when it comes to ex*****on and consistency and it shows. She is also VERY coachable.
Now MEESH is feeling stronger and more confident. and she is even happier than before

The crazy part about this transformation is that 90% of the time she did at home workouts (as you can see we got creative in the video) SO yes this program is ON ANOTHER LEVEL
When Deana first came to me she wanted to go through a fat loss phase…
After going through what a typical day of eating looked like for her I came to the conclusion that she has been under-eating for a while & that she WAS NOT ready to diet…
Her initial goal was fat loss however, we needed to recharge her batteries and optimize her health and hormones before even thinking of losing body fat…
I like stress free fat loss…
Stress fat loss only occurs when the body is healthy and the batteries are charged
Okay so I keep talking about charging up batteries.. What does this mean?
It means more food! With no focus on fat loss (for now)
Health is the main focus because health is a pre requisite for stress free fat loss.
I like to bring calories higher for my clients so that when a diet phase starts we can start with high calories. The more food you are able to lose weight on will allow you to have an easy fat loss phase
when a client comes to me undereating, her batteries are drained. but after adding food for a good amount of time the batteries are charged up and ready to roll
We kept calories high for a 3-4 months (and put on some body fat)
Once it was time to diet BAM!
The weight flew off…

✨Lets talk hypothyroidism with an EPIC TRANSFORMATION✨
So a common theme that I get with clients who come to me, is that if theystruggle with hypothyroidism it is impossible to lose weight
This is false, it is not impossible to lose weight when you have hypothyroidism
You can and will lose weight so long as you are in a caloric deficit
hypothyroidism only means that the energy out component of energy balance will be different than someone who has an optimal functioning thyroid
So to keep things simple since you have an under performing thyroid you will have to eat less to lose weight then someone who has an optimal performing thyroid
So if someone who has a healthy thyroid loses weight on 1500 cal you may have to lose weight on 1300 cals
