“Claire began teaching for CorePower Yoga seven years ago in her hometown, Minneapolis, MN, shortly after falling in love with her first Yoga Sculpt class which was the perfect mental escape from a fun but hectic career in Public Relations. She immediately jumped into Power Yoga teacher training after that and loves teaching both formats. Claire and her husband moved to Chandler, AZ, at the end of 2020, and she felt right at home jumping into teaching at CPY in Old Town Scottsdale, where she worked as the Studio Assistant for a year. Claire is super excited to support the leadership team and amazing teachers in Phoenix and keep bringing all the yoga to the people!”

If you've ever taken one of Emily's C2's then you know she ✨always✨ brings the energy + fun & challenging transitions into her flows. Here's a little bit about her you may not know!

⭐️ When she needs a pick me up in between classes you can find her with a chestnut praline latte in hand
⭐️ Fun Fact: Emily can crack her shoulder on command
⭐️ Favorite shows to binge watch are anything crime related or love island

What led Emily to Yoga:
"I originally started yoga because I wanted my splits LOL (still can't do them) but continued because of the anxiety relief I feel each time I step on my mat."
