My great friend , started working together he was 300 lbs/38.6% BF. He hit a low of 225 lbs as of recently and is working back in a building phase. The last inbody scan we did before he moved he was at 22% BF.

competed in her first show ever at the Triple O dynasty at the beginning of the month! She placed first in the open division for fit model 👏🏼 we started prep in November and she completely crushed it! Starting at 140 lbs, down to 115 come show day. So excited to keep watching you grow and develop, as we get you ready for a national show!!

.fit and I started working together in March of last year! The progress speaks for itself! Competed in the Triple O Dynasty at beginning of this month, crushed it and now we’ll be preparing for a national show in the Fit Model Division 👏🏼
When we started we had to address some imbalances with her physique, which we trained on the weekly. Had to address some things with overall gut health and digestion. Starting out we did a small cut initially and then went back into a building phase which lead up to the cut for her debut in fit model 👏🏼

From my first ever check in photos with to our most recent on Sunday. Around 242 lbs on the left and 209 on the right. When Jesus and I first started working together July 2024, he had a partial tear in his patella tendon, which is an obstacle we’ve been able to grow around. We started off with a short prep for his first show, had a good offseason and now are going through another cutting phase. Incredibly proud of how far you’ve come brother!! Only going to keep improving from here

Saturday January 10th, heaven gained the best angel. Thor, I love you so much buddy. This boy got me through some of the hardest times. He has been a huge part of my life and I’m processing this the best I can. He was the sweetest, calmest, best dog I could’ve asked for. Life couldn’t have prepared me for this at 6.5 years old.
Thor stopped eating a couple days prior. I initially thought he may have just had an upset stomach, or might’ve eaten something that didn’t agree with him. Saturday he just wasn’t acting himself, so I rushed him to the hospital. They did ultrasound, x-rays, labs, got him on an IV and more tests. We got no answers. It was simply his time to go back to heaven
I know as a dog owner this day would come, but not so soon. I’m thankful to have had the privilege of having this boy in my life. He definitely took a piece of me with him. RIP mighty Thor, my angel puppy
Today I try to celebrate his life, in knowing I took care of him the best I could. He was completely loved every second
The two most common issues when it comes to training legs that I see:
Tight hips and ankles!
I’ve been there. I used to work in an office from 9-5, I rode a motorcycle as my daily, I wore improper footwear, but most of all — I didn’t do anything about it!
That’s until I started dealing with pain. I was simply making my imbalances worse. Now it has been a long road of progress since then
But if I were to recommend two movements that I did before every leg day that I feel helped me out the most
1. Banded kneeling hip flexor stretch
2. Elevated banded ankle dorsiflexion
Incorporate these consistently and unlock your range of motion — which also leads to more gains 📈

If you’re struggling to grow the peaks of your bicep, these 3 movements are staples for me and I’ve been doing them consistently for years. These are just my personal favorite. Go with the movements you can connect with the best and hit them hard and routinely to see progress. Of course as long as your diet also matches your goals of course. Can’t grow if you’re not eating right!
1. Spider curls
2. Cable drag curls
3. Bicep Cable Skull Crusher - you don’t see these often, but I love them and will stay doing them 😤
