Here are 6 Things Startup Founders Need to Do to Get in Better Shape:

One: Weight Training
The goal is to get your body familiar with compound, multi-joint movement patterns.
If you’re just starting out and don’t have any physical limitations set forth by your doctor, focus on core, fundamental movements.
For example: bench press, squats, deaflifts or pull-ups.
Two: Cardio
The amount of cardio you do is going to depends on whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or just have better overall health.
To lose weight, you should do cardio three times a week.
For gaining muscle and strength, you will only want to do cardio once a week.
Three: Recovery
Make sure you minimize stress, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night and hydrate properly throughout the day.
Four: Nutrition
The best diet isn't keto, paleo, intermittent fasting or going vegan.
It's whichever one you can commit to for a long period of time.
Think of what will fit in your lifestyle and habits and commit to that plan.
Five: Bloodwork, Biomechanics and Biofeedback
Biofeedback is simple but effective.
It uses your body’s biomarkers, like energy, focus, mood, digestion, appetite, and libido, to indicate if certain diet, training, and lifestyle changes are actually working to generate results.
It can also indicate if you’re doing something that isn’t working, saving you time and effort.

In order to get to where you wanna go you must first identify what is holding you back.
In my 10+ years of coaching I have found it boils down to 1 of or a combination of these 3 things.
At this point in my career the Roadmap piece is really easy. I’ve helped a lot different people from all walks of life. Humbly speaking I’ve seen it all.
But now what’s the most fun and interesting is helping someone shift their identity so they no longer identify with who they currently are but start to believe and act on who they want to become.
I have a fundamental belief that all goals are 100% obtainable if we shift ones subconscious and conscious beliefs to act accordingly to the outcomes we want to produce.
The tactics and strategies we use are often times not broken but rather the habits and character traits we fall back on are.
