Ohmfest Yoga, Art & Music Festival is this weekend at Afterfly in Dover, DE! I'm so excited to be back for another year with my Delaware Ohmies! Kick off the day with me at my 11:15 class, then enjoy a day of workshops, art battles, aerialists, live bands, yummy food, awesome shopping and so much more. We are so excited to welcome you to the Tree of Life Shoppe in Ringtown, PA for a SUPER ADORABLE kitten yoga fundraiser on Sunday, October 4th. Choose from 1 or 3 pm classtimes!

Together we'll enjoy a one-hour gentle yoga class with Lisa Mo, appropriate for folks with all levels of yoga experience--beginners welcome. Adoptable kitties from Save the Strays of Schuylkill will be on site to bring all the cuteness and cuddles as we wind down and relax into a snuggly savasana!

Please dress comfortably for movement, and bring a bottle of water to class. A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow on a FCFS basis, if needed, but please bring your own if you're able.

This experience is open to ages 12+. Under 18's must attend class with an accompanying adult.
