Thursday, July 9, 2026: Capt Les's report, "Oerfect Day! All Day this time of year has a lot of tourist, so easy to please when the weather is so nice. The regulars who brave the crowds did excellent, with 12/14 Haddock and the tourist (40 rental rods) did well 4/5 Haddock pp. Add the Whiting, Mackerel, Squid and a pod of 50 Dolphins on the way home and you have an amazing day. The half days were Mackerel fishing at the Isles of Shoals and it was once again a massacre. As many as you can catch. We have posted the public Whiting trips and already half full, we’ll add more very soon. Still catching the Flounder on Monday and Tuesday mornings, Stripers on the afternoon and evening trips are hit or miss, usually a tide issue. Last night they only kept 2 but threw back some. We have a little room on the all day tomorrow and the morning Mackerel trip, Saturday just the afternoon trip, both night Striper trips have lots of room. Sunday and Monday we have rare openings on marathons, 6 and 8 respectively. All other trips have plenty of room.

Wednesday, July 8, 2026: Capt Les's report, "Whiting trips are starting, they are here. July 20 & 21, Monday and Tuesday aboard the LAM 6 AM to 4 pm for $100, call the office or book on line. Today’s half day Mackerel were a massacre, as many as you can catch. It was rough this morning, but calmed down this afternoon. Haddock were good despite the waves, not crazy, no limits but everyone caught dinner plus. Pics are from LAM private charter."

All better today, we have three all day boats out looking for Haddock, Cusk, Po***ck and WHITING (they are here, trips to be announced soon). We have a Mackerel boat out both this morning and this afternoon , as well as a Striper boat this evening. It’s Wednesday, Fireworks at 7 pm. I’ll report on the day this afternoon or in the morning. Whiting trips will be available soon, last Haddock trip, caught a lot and wasn’t targeting them. Weather looks great.

Monday, July 6, 2026: Capt Les's report, "What a weekend! Happy 250 USA, what a display in NY harbor. Fishing was good yesterday (Sunday). Mackerel was a massacre both trips. All day was good, lots of Whiting showing up, adding to the Haddock. Stripers were there, didn’t kill them but caught some. Room on all trips this week. 0955 morning flounder boat killing them, another trip tomorrow morning. Just added a pic

Wednesday, July 1, 2026: Capt Les's report, "Want to cool off? Come down fishing at Eastman’s! Not only is the ocean water in the 60’s, LAM on the half day circuit (close to shore) has AC in the cabin. Picture of inside cabin temperature attached. Fishing on the all day boats yesterday (Tuesday) wasn’t as good as Monday but still lots of action and few guys had 7 or 8, but lots of Po***ck, Mackerel, Cusk and Whiting to help. Morning Flounder boat was very good and afternoon Stripers were slow. Didn’t get a report on the night trip. We have room on most trips this holiday week, call or book on line.

Tuesday, June 30, 2026: Capt Les's report, "Fishing on Monday 6/29 - Great day, perfect weather and fishing excellent. The All day boat on the LAM was good, not great, everyone had dinner, some had double digits. The Marathon on the LMA was excellent, lots of double digits, some limits, both boats had tons of action with Mackerel, Whiting( yes they are showing up). The half day bottom boat went Flounder fishing and no limits but good fishing as you’ll see in the photos. Bass are hungry and we are catching them. We have openings on all trips this week, traditionally slow with so much going on with the forth.

Monday, June 29, 2026: 5 hour Flounder trips!Capt Les's report, "Weekend fishing was about the same on the Haddock circuit (All Day), Mackerel were lights out on all trips and Bass were 50/50. Because of the extremely slow bottom 5 hour trips last week, we have changed over to Flounder fishing because it’s so good as you saw a few post ago. Room all week on most trips. Weather looks rough (temperature wise, not seas), even this time of year it’s always 10-20 degrees cooler out on the water, great way to spend the heat of the day. 1700 I have the reports from today, I’ll post in the morning so not to confuse anyone, but all good news.
