Why train Jiu Jitsu?

Here are some examples:

A woman subdued a man who was dangerous and holding a broken bottle as a weapon. She was able to take control of him and hold him until Police arrived.

A father protected his daughter and was able to subdue a man.

Paddy Pimblett submitted Benoit Saint Denis, UFC fighter and former special forces in the military, in 52 seconds.

Jiu Jitsu has been tried and proven. Not only is it a great and effective martial art, but it’s a great way to stay in shape.
