The grind never stops!

Back in the gym and only getting better. We worked some techniques for passing from headquarters position. We then got some tough rolls in.

We showed up and put in work! We came with 8 competitors who gave it their all. Got 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze medals. We also tied for 3rd place amongst all gyms/teams that competed!

Got some work in, in preparation for the tournament. Come train and get better with us!

Got some training in last night. Went over the crucifix position then got some rolls in. We are dialing it in for the tournament this weekend.

Great class tonight! Coach Chris pushed us hard and then taught some armbar escapes. We are prepping for the Duel at Delaware Good Fight tournament next Saturday!
